INCREDIBLE!! is what I have to say! If you have the opportunity to try out this restaurant, put your name on that waitlist and wait for this one because you won't regret it! There are some other bar/restaurants within walking distance where you can grab a drink at while you wait, so it made waiting go by even quicker.

I came here with a group of friends and we were able to grab a table outside which was great! The weather was perfect and the outdoor seating area was very welcoming. Our server was on top of things which made the experience all the better, because we ordered so much off of the menu!

The menu is comprised of so many delightful, shareable dishes! We ordered the following:

Green Papaya Salad: Such a fresh and delicious dish! The lemongrass and cilantro really brighten up the flavor of the dish, and it comes with a side spoon full hot Thai chilies for those who want to add a kick to their bite!

Hoisin Cashew-Shrimp: One of our favorite dishes; so much so that we ended up getting a second order! The sauce was so full of flavor and the shrimp was cooked to perfection. Samui Squid: The batter on this was just the right amount to add a soft crunch. The dipping sauce was light, yet complex, and had a nice acidity to it.

K.F.C. (Korean Fried Chicken): I could rave about how exceptional this chicken was until I reached the ends of the earth. This was a second dish that we got a second order of after polishing the first order. They have absolutely perfected the crispiness on this chicken and the flavor had the perfect level of spice to it. This is a MUST ORDER item.

Chili-Oil Noodles: Upon first look, you may notice that the noodles are hard to find under the piling of various toppings. Give it a stir and buckle in for some of the best udon noodles you’ve ever had. The different toppings provide such a nice crunch that pair with the noodles while the chili oil still prevails as a prominent flavor in the dish.

Andreas' pot-stickers: I didn’t partake in this dish, but it looked very well made! They had a great wrapper-to-filling ratio and had a beautiful golden brown cook to them!

Sake: They only offer cold sake on the menu, which is a plus for me as I prefer cold sake to hot. We ordered a few different bottles including the Joto Yuzu, the Joto Junmai Nigori, and one other bottle (name escapes me). All were delicious, but I will caution to only order the Yuzu one if you do like that very citrus forward flavor. We anticipated that the flavor would be lightly flavored with the yuzu, but the citrus was not hiding anywhere here.

I will think about this meal for a long time and I hope to return very soon to try even more...

Delectable, healthy, and divine! The best meal I’ve had in Ketchum. If you are a foodie, this place is for you. If you are not, this place is for you. Small plates to share, balancing fresh herbs, sweet, sour and unami with a little heat. Vegetable forward in a way that makes your Microbiome jump for joy.

The drink menu was an incredible assortment of teas and nonalcoholic drinks, and they also have beer and wine. I had a nonalcoholic sumac and chili seltzer that was fantastic. Show up 30 minutes before you want to eat, put your name on the sign in board with your phone number, select either inside or outside. Ask the wait time and go get a cocktail someplace. We chose the rooftop at Warfield for some Prosecco.

The staff couldn’t be friendlier and it’s a good sign when the kitchen is almost as big as the interior dining space. We sat outside and had green papaya salad, watermelon and shrimp, sautéed greens, and a noodle dish with beef and other things that was really scrumptious. We forgot to order the clams, but we were already full sharing four plates, but others might want five. Everything we ate was so balanced and delicious with incredible sauces and the perfect garnishes. Experience it for yourself and pick...

My family of four arrived at the location and was a bit surprised how small and intimate the resturant was inside. After checking in we were advised that we would have a 30 min wait. Although disappointed, we later found out that the wait time given was actually below standard due to its popularity. Our visit was during the cold season and was seated next to the entrance which was a bummer. Although the resturants attempt of a remedy, the drapes only acted as a buffer for the freezing air that entered each time the door was opened. We were greated by a server that was extremely helpful and had a pleasant demeanor. Sort of straight forward with no iteration of any BS...Explaining, that the KFC is delicious but spicy, with no way to tune its spiciness down. And so we ordered it anyway. And it was freaking spicy but so, so, good. We also ordered the cashew shrimp and a beef noodle curry dish. Which was extremely flavorful telling of fresh ingredients, skillfull preparation, and execution. Overall, although we were initially disappointed with the set up, we now get it. Having a great food, no BS, and a intimate experience, outweighs the small inconvinience of a...

Um.. their food is yum! 🙂 I ordered the Chili Oil Udon Noodle and didn’t have any expectation. But what was served to me was heavenly! It was a delicious dish, yet very simple and comforting! At first, when the dish was placed before me, I thought it looked pretty but wasn’t impressive. When I mixed in all the ingredients, the fragrance was very inviting!! Roasted peanuts and sesame seeds, finely chopped spring onion and cilantro placed on perfectly cooked udon noodles that were placed on hot chili oil - together made for an amazing dinner! 😊 Their menu has many vegan-friendly options. Mind you, it is a very eclectic menu, but comprises of many yummy South Asian dishes. I really loved the place itself and the service. I don’t like it when people fawn over me at restaurants, yet I like feeling welcomed and respected - especially when I am traveling and eating alone at restaurants. I feel like this place really nailed it with their service! 🙂 I was seated at the bar and it was fun to see many little artifacts from South East Asia on the counter!
