The popcorn is good -- however, the staff can be surly and rude. Almost every time I have gone (and, I go often, but am rethinking about finding a new popcorn place), I am made to feel that I am inconveniencing the staff. In all honesty, it seems as though they have an attitude that they are "doing me a favor and how dare I ask them to make fresh, buttered popcorn -- they won't -- or, in the case of coming to the store 30 minutes prior to closing, they would not make any buttered popcorn as I was informed by the teenage manager that popcorn shuts down 30 minutes prior to closing. How convenient to be informed of that right when it was 30 minutes prior to closing. I have a suggest to the actual owners...if this is the case, please post signs to actually make your customers aware of this information. This happened 2 weeks ago and I didn't go home with buttered popcorn due to the supposed 30 minute cut-off time for buttered popcorn. Then, I went this weekend on Sunday. They close at 5pm. I got to the store at 4:15 and I was in a small line waiting with my sister and cousin. The same teenage manager heard us talking that we were going to buy a large and extra large bag of buttered popcorn. What does he do...he walks over and turns off the popcorn machine. No one was talking in the store and I'm sure he heard us. However, I politely waited my turn and told the staff our order and was told they needed to clean the machines. I told them we drive from Hamilton to get their popcorn and last time, he told us there was a 30-minute cutoff and now a 45-minute cutoff? I informed him and then added, "please." He wasn't very nice about it, but he did pop us some buttered corn. My cousin was very embarrassed and although she did enjoy the popcorn, she said she would not be back due to the rudeness. And, the more I have thought about this, I never should have to ask a business to PLEASE serve me! I don't pay anyone to be rude to me and I will not be back to this establishment, no matter how good the popcorn. Note to owners -- please train your staff on how to treat paying customers. The amount of money I have spent in that store since discovering it last year, I can....and will...buy my own professional...

I have been coming here for years, the popcorn is always fresh and delicious. They have a large variety including flavors like Cookies N Cream, Pizza, Turtle, Chicago Mix, Pecan Butterglaze, Rainbow Butterglaze and many more. Whether you are craving something sweet, savory or just wanting traditional old fashioned butter there is something for everyone. My personal favorite flavors are Butter, White Chocolate Crunch and Buckeye Blast. The classic flavors like butter are cheaper while the speciality is a little more but still not too bad on price. If you are not in the mood for popcorn they have Coke products, Buckeyes, jellybeans,soft pretzels,chocolate covered prezels and fudge as well. The fudge is always soft and fresh, my Mother really enjoys the Maple Walnut. If you are unsure of what to try, ask for a sample and they will generously give you one. The popcorn is sold by snack, small, medium,large and jumbo sizes but you can also purchase some 3/4 pound ones hanging on the pegs by the register. They have a Frequent Poppers Card which gives you your 11th...

Used to love this place! I’ve even given a great review but it’s gone downhill with the staff so much! Brought my kids in to get popcorn for movie night. It was 10 minutes until closing time so we were trying to hurry and asked to try a few. We got eye rolls and was informed they were closing soon. We were in snd out in less than 5 minutes.
