Wow. We just bought a LOT of furniture here. One piece that we did NOT choose was delivered and one we picked was left out of delivery. We called the day of delivery and told them it was the wrong piece. Were told there was another piece in warehouse with our name attached. Very nice on the phone. Clearly all a ruse. We were leaving for 10 days and could resolve upon our return. Went to store upon return to resolve and all staff rude and unaccommodating. Refuse to exchange and make things right. Made up all kinds of reasons why we were wrong. Nasty people. Wish I had read and believed the reviews about the rude staff. Was happy to finally find a local furniture store that we loved. And interesting how when we went in, they bashed the other furniture stores. Will never shop there again. Don’t do it! Came in and fell in love with a 4 foot hanging metal shark! Had other items to purchase in my hands to take back to Seattle with us. Asked about the price on the shark, the clerk had to go to the back after telling me it was marked, it wasn't. Barked out $800 , but would take $725, sounded like ok to negotiate to me, so I asked if he would take $500? He promptly asked me if I saw the words discount store in front of the shop??? I said, I wasn't trying to insult you, I trying to Negotiate for the shark. He puffed up as if he had made the stupid thing, and told me I HAD INSULTED HIM. WHAT??? Give me a break. Get over your self. I put all the other items back on the shelves and left. Then, as luck would have it, checked on line and guess what popped on Flagler Ave???? FAST BUCKS OUTLET????!!!!! Lmao. What a jerk. Looks like it does say discount in front of your store. Drama lives in his own world...

The store had furnishings that caught my eye, while we were on vacation in Key West. However, once we were in the store the man working was extremely rude. Never once did he ask if we needed anything, or even greeted us. He watched our children like a hawk, and commented on how expensive things were every time they got near something. Completely judgmental. It felt like a Pretty Woman shopping experience. We had money to spend, a new house in south FL that needed furnishings, and a rude sales person that didn't give us the time of day. Needless to say we left and I will never return to that store. Complete loss of business and furnishings for 3 different rooms. This terrible visit occurred July 2015. I would not recommend giving this local merchant...
