I booked this place based on other TripAdvisor reviews and also its location to another Inn that some of our friends were staying at. We had stayed in this general location in the past but not at the Seaport Inn. All we can say is that we will be back here again. The staff were amazing, friendly and easy to deal with. I was a little concerned at first that there was no office for the Inn at this site, it is at the sister resort, Courtney's Place. My concerns were laid to rest very quickly as they made the check in and check out process very easy. We had room 1 on the first floor, and while it is basically a large hotel type of room, it had beautiful hardwood floors, nice little kitchen area with granite tops and a high rise breakfast table. While the bathroom only offers a stand up shower, that did not bother my wife or myself. I had read some reviews that the place seemed dated, but remember it was built over 100 years ago, but it has been maintained and updated to make your stay comfortable. Nicely decorated, the bed was a king and very comfortable. The couple that we traveled with were a little jealous as well. All in all, you get a great value when you stay here. Our room was cleaned everyday, fresh towels and so on, but a nice little touch that I loved, was they had a small coffee pot in the room and each day there was a fresh bag of coffee beans, pre measured for the pot and all you had to do was grind them up, grinder provided in the room of course and make yourself a fresh pot to start the day. I thought this was such a nice touch. It made me slow down, enjoy the process and the moment not to mention the fresh coffee instead of just getting a cup quickly and moving on, Thank You Seaport Inn for that nice little touch. Also, great little pool area, close to the Seaport area and Duval Street and a great lunch place right next door! Do yourself a favor and give this place a chance, just make sure there is room for...
Read moreMy husband and I have stayed here twice this year and absolutely love it. The location is excellent, it's a short walk to a ton of great restaurants. The rooms are each unique, but all comfortable with strong air conditioners and great wifi. The on-site pool is wonderful. Since there are only six suites, the pool is never crowded. The pool area is kept super clean and half a dozen lounge chairs make for a great place to dry off. Honestly, it took a lot of effort on my husband's part to convince me to leave the property to do things--I could've floated in that pool forever. Another thing I thought was cool was the lizards! There are lots of adorable little lizards and a few much larger iguanas hanging around outside. I'm from up north so I'd never seen anything like it before. Overall, this is a great place to stay...
Read moreMy husband and I have stayed at this rental several times, including our honeymoon in April, and have absolutely loved our stay. The house is located in a quiet and historic neighborhood of Key West while still being within walking distance to the main attractions of the island. We loved sitting on the porch and taking a dip in the spacious pool. The inside of the rentals are clean, neat, and air conditioned well. Check in and check out has always been efficient and we've never had any issues. While construction was happening to the other suites as other reviewers here mentioned, this was actually a benefit as it allowed us to have the porch and pool to ourselves since there were no other renters. We eagerly look forward to our next stay at the...
