Read moreThe ghetto Walmart of Key West. I used to shop here more often, but the store has changed. I purchased an item recently and realized it was the wrong size. When I tried to bring it in the store and exchange it, they told me that it was OK. When I brought my items to the customer service line, a woman pulled me to self checkout, as I was explaining that I wanted to exchange one item for another, she took my items, rang me up, and instead of exchanging it for me, she charged me for everything. This is why I don’t shop here, unfortunately I needed a new pair of heels. This could’ve been prevented by either not shopping here or simply better service/system. Thanks to the girl with the great attitude that chose to work hard! You deserve a promotion above recognition sorry I didn’t catch your...
