vineyard vines — Local services in Kiawah Island

Last year I purchased 400.00 of family clothes. I asked if I could get Black Friday prices on a Wednesday…/ she said bring receipt back and yes. So I did. She returned without telling me all my things and re- purchased them. So now they took 400 plus 320 more and return would post 5 days later/ repurchased!!! Trick move

Now 2024 I picked out all my things on a Wednesday and said I wanna come back to my free guest On Friday, so they bagged my stuff and it was waiting for me to purchase. I arrived and they told me they gave away all the free gifts, but they left me a blanket.. Then I told her I wanted to purchase a jacket, but she didn’t sell it in her store so she rang it up so that the sale would come from her store Purchase was $300 and then she went and ordered it for me and they took another hundred dollars so she double charged me for my jacket That one of the chargers should drop off soon. They think they can double charge. People’s credit cards recharge them without warning them that your money is not going to be available for 7-10 days

Friday Still pending 318 and double...

Really bummed. We had plans to purchase our vacation souvenirs here and although Google posted online hours said open until 6pm, they closed at 5pm. Employee at least opened the door to tell us "winter hours", but wish the store owner/manager had updated the published Google hours. We had 4 items already pre-picked and simply wanted to purchase them on our way...

It's a great store. It has a small beach town vibe and caters to that market. It's not as high end as some vineyard vines stores but I appreciate it...
