I bought my car in because I was having issues with access my controls through the touchscreen. I was told that my radio needed to be replaced. I replaced it but had the same issue with the addition of my Bluetooth not working. They fixed the Bluetooth. I took it back a couple more times to finally hear that I need a touchscreen which cost over 1000 more dollars. I contacted Nyle Maxwell Killeen about some recalls on my vehicle, I spoke with Jonathan who gave amazing customer service and make me feel comfortable leaving my vehicle there, knowing he was going to take care of it, and he did just that! The Service department seems over loaded with incoming customers and they may need to expand their operations with more Service Advisors and technicians for a more efficient turnaround for oil changes warranty work.
