I was treated horribly from beginning to end of my appointment. Each time I told Amy D that the sander was hurting me she just ignored me and kept going. She sanded my cuticles and cut 4 of my fingers to the point of bleeding and when I told her she proceeded to ignore me. She also stopped doing my nails mid appointment to then take care of another clients nails and then got mad because of how late my appointment was. I only asked to have the last appointment of the day because I had to work. If my time was a bad time then I should’ve been told to come earlier than 6 pm. I completely understand appointments are booked based on availability and what type of appointment it is. I simply had just a fill and it took almost 2 hours because of the break.The pricing I was given over the phone was not accurate to what I was charged. I just had a fill and she tried to charge me just as much as I paid for a full set because of length. My nails are shorter now than when I came in for the full set. My full set appointment was 2 weeks ago and I had started with a short set. I had asked for a specific cat eye color and she painted a black base and then when she asked me to confirm the color she said that color is the clear cat eye set. She didn’t even try to confirm my color choice beforehand she just went along and so I had to change my color last second. She didn’t want to admit she did didn’t listen to anything I said and when using the lamp she kept slamming it down each time she would switch the lamp. While she was still applying the black polish base asked me to pay for my nails and I explained that she was still in the middle of painting the base but I have no problem paying. It’s very rude to rush me to pay when the service wasn’t even finished. Overall I had a really terrible experience and was treated poorly while my friend who was there with me at the same time was treated very well. Wow what can I say first, it’s embarrassing to be from the same country as you but not share the same value and professionalism when it comes to customer service.

The first time, let’s just say they didn’t say nice things about me as I came late to the appointment, which I apologize for and no one had an issue. The tech got the next customer and I took the next available tech.

The second time, they sub another tech without letting me know ahead of time and/or ask if that was OK!? The results: 3 days later my nails looked like it’s already 2!weeks grown out. She left so much space from the cuticle!

The third and last (sworn to myself), tech was 20’ late to my appointment, checked on her texts 3 times, took 2 phone calls. 10 min into doing my feet, she told the tech next to her, my feet was horrific (kinh khủng). I was so embarrassed and angry at the same time. I’m sorry I did not know I should have prepare my feet perfect for the manicure.

Yes I am Vietnamese and understood all of your bad talks about customers and me! I bit my tongue to say anything back. Why? Because I was too nice to say anything back. Because I didn’t want to make a scene and awkwardness sitting for the rest of the time to complete my nails.

Each time I always make an appointment, and choose different techs that have the highest reviews. And each time I was not happy with customer service nor the results of my nails. I still tip highly each time as I know they work hard. I know because my mom was also a nail tech.

Choose your next appointment wisely. Know that they are talking about you. I gave this business more chances than I should have and no more....

One of the worst experience I had in a nail saloon. I wanted to do refill and get a gel colour too. Tracy suggested me they do the pearl white with shine powder and I said ok. She then asked another fat lady to apply that colour and I told the lady she was putting a thick code of colour as she just ignored and kept on talking and talking to Tracy. As such it was very rude of Tracy to leave her client to ask another lady who didn’t do a good job. Tracy told me since my nails are light pink so my colour will be slightly shinny pink and I said ok. That fat lady painted my colour all was white and it was not pink nor shinny pearl white nothing it’s white not pink at all. I kept telling her and Tracy but she kept saying no it’s nice. I refused to pay the extra 10 dollars cuz she did a bad job as there was no shine. Very bad job as all They know is talk and talk while doing their work and the fat lady was so in a hurry doing my colour and this is wat happens wen the owner doesn’t come and sit there and leave to all her staffs and all they do is talk and talk. I have done my nails in saloon where the owner sits there and make sure they get their service done and clients leave with a smile but not with a bad experience with wasting money and time. The staffs are so argumentative and ignorant when a client tell them something very disappointed. I rather go back to my old nail saloon even though id far away but at least im happy with their work. Advice to the owner pls reach your staffs to be more polite and listen up their...

I went to do my nails Monday May 16th and like always I maid my appointment with Nilly since I know I use to like how she works … I went like always with a picture of the design I wanted, also I asked to have my nails a little short (since I work with babies) she file my nails to make them short but she just did ONE HAND … when I got home I notice that the design at one hand was like it didn’t dry and she put the top nail polish and you couldn’t even see what was the design … I texted her telling her everything and if she can fix it .. she said yes come and I’ll fix it … I told her I work until 5 .. she said it’s fine … I went to the spa Thursday 20th and the guy in the front desk told me to wait 5 minutes to see if she would be able to fix my nails .. I said uhm yes that’s fine but I don’t have that much time to wait … I wait like 10 minutes and ask the guy how much time do I have to wait and Nilly hear and the girl that was doing her nails with Nilly said o you can fix her nails I’ll wait … when I seat down I knew Nilly wasn’t with the best attitude… she fix the design of the nails and I told her that I needed her to file a little shoe the hand that SHE FORGOT TO FILE and of course she did it but not in best way She did it all wrong she didn’t see if my nails had the same shape as the Oder one (now I have one hand square and the other hand it’s coffin)… I was so disappointed so I didn’t say anything I was so mad because I always go there I’ve never had any problems at all … I just know that I don’t wanna go back .

So, when I first arrived I could tell I was definitely the odd man out. It's a very nice shop, beautiful lights and atmosphere, very clean, and I am very alternative. The person who greeted me definitely made me feel like I shouldn't be there, that I definitely wasn't their usual type of clientele. Getting a full set was a birthday treat to myself and I had been recommended by a customer this salon because her nails were GORGEOUS! I was so excited! I set an appointment with Diana and she was VERY sweet! She made me feel a lot better than whoever initially greeted me. She was very friendly and I feel she is definitely a very skilled technician. However, I don't know if she's ever done pointed nails before. At the end of the day, I do love the nails I got well enough. I always get black with an accent nail and I love the colour of the pink! It's so cute! But their shape and evenness is very very off. I forgive it though simply because Diana was lovely to have do my nails and she was excited about doing them as well. They're also not super tight like I usually experience at nail salons and honestly it hardly feels like I have them on! Technique wise I think she did a wonderful job and her demeanor made me a bit more relaxed than I had initially been when I first arrived. Chances are I will be back, but I'll probably just get coffin nails as those are a bit easier and more the style the salon is used to.

She tried drawing sunflowers on my nails and when I told her I didn’t like them to just add stickers she got upset. She stuck these ugly stickers on that I did not like and insisted they looked good. I was rushed out of her chair because she had another client waiting for her turn. Like hello am I not a paying client too? As soon as I walked to the front and told them I also had appointment for pedicure they said I did not. I showed them the screenshot confirming my appointment and was told to come back another day because they were busy. I got charged 80 dollars for a waste of time and ugly nails that came off less that two weeks later because she drilled my real nails so hard. So not worth it. On top of it she wanted to charge me an extra 5 dollars to add a leaf to one nail! A leaf! When I went to put my hair up in a bun the stickers popped off. It was just ridiculous. I walked back in to ask they fix them and the manager didn’t even say nothing when I told her about it. She just called Diana and they talked in there own language clearly annoyed. She “tried” fixing them but it was not worth it at all.
