I was treated horribly from beginning to end of my appointment. Each time I told Amy D that the sander was hurting me she just ignored me and kept going. She sanded my cuticles and cut 4 of my fingers to the point of bleeding and when I told her she proceeded to ignore me. She also stopped doing my nails mid appointment to then take care of another clients nails and then got mad because of how late my appointment was. I only asked to have the last appointment of the day because I had to work. If my time was a bad time then I should’ve been told to come earlier than 6 pm. I completely understand appointments are booked based on availability and what type of appointment it is. I simply had just a fill and it took almost 2 hours because of the break.The pricing I was given over the phone was not accurate to what I was charged. I just had a fill and she tried to charge me just as much as I paid for a full set because of length. My nails are shorter now than when I came in for the full set. My full set appointment was 2 weeks ago and I had started with a short set. I had asked for a specific cat eye color and she painted a black base and then when she asked me to confirm the color she said that color is the clear cat eye set. She didn’t even try to confirm my color choice beforehand she just went along and so I had to change my color last second. She didn’t want to admit she did didn’t listen to anything I said and when using the lamp she kept slamming it down each time she would switch the lamp. While she was still applying the black polish base asked me to pay for my nails and I explained that she was still in the middle of painting the base but I have no problem paying. It’s very rude to rush me to pay when the service wasn’t even finished. Overall I had a really terrible experience and was treated poorly while my friend who was there with me at the same time was treated very well. The first time, let’s just say they didn’t say nice things about me as I came late to the appointment, which I apologize for and no one had an issue. The tech got the next customer and I took the next available tech.
The second time, they sub another tech without letting me know ahead of time and/or ask if that was OK!? The results: 3 days later my nails looked like it’s already 2!weeks grown out. She left so much space from the cuticle!
The third and last (sworn to myself), tech was 20’ late to my appointment, checked on her texts 3 times, took 2 phone calls. 10 min into doing my feet, she told the tech next to her, my feet was horrific (kinh khủng). I was so embarrassed and angry at the same time. I’m sorry I did not know I should have prepare my feet perfect for the manicure.
Yes I am Vietnamese and understood all of your bad talks about customers and me! I bit my tongue to say anything back. Why? Because I was too nice to say anything back. Because I didn’t want to make a scene and awkwardness sitting for the rest of the time to complete my nails.
Each time I always make an appointment, and choose different techs that have the highest reviews. And each time I was not happy with customer service nor the results of my nails. I still tip highly each time as I know they work hard. I know because my mom was also a nail tech.

Read moreOne of the worst experience I had in a nail saloon. I wanted to do refill and get a gel colour too. Tracy suggested me they do the pearl white with shine powder and I said ok. She then asked another fat lady to apply that colour and I told the lady she was putting a thick code of colour as she just ignored and kept on talking and talking to Tracy. As such it was very rude of Tracy to leave her client to ask another lady who didn’t do a good job. Tracy told me since my nails are light pink so my colour will be slightly shinny pink and I said ok. That fat lady painted my colour all was white and it was not pink nor shinny pearl white nothing it’s white not pink at all. I kept telling her and Tracy but she kept saying no it’s nice. I refused to pay the extra 10 dollars cuz she did a bad job as there was no shine. Very bad job as all They know is talk and talk while doing their work and the fat lady was so in a hurry doing my colour and this is wat happens wen the owner doesn’t come and sit there and leave to all her staffs and all they do is talk and talk. I have done my nails in saloon where the owner sits there and make sure they get their service done and clients leave with a smile but not with a bad experience with wasting money and time. The staffs are so argumentative and ignorant when a client tell them something very disappointed. I rather go back to my old nail saloon even though id far away but at least im happy with their work.
