I recently had the pleasure of using the services at PetSuites boarding facility located in Kingwood, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by an incredibly welcoming staff who made me and my fur babies feel right at home. The onsite managers were especially attentive, offering a detailed tour of the entire facility and answering all my questions with great care and thoroughness.
One of the first things I noticed was the immaculate condition of the facility. The lobby was clean and inviting, and this high standard of cleanliness extended throughout the kennels and play yard. It was clear that maintaining a hygienic environment is a top priority at PetSuites, which immediately put my mind at ease.
I was particularly concerned about my pups' anxiety levels, as they do not fare well being caged for long periods and are not accustomed to large groups of dogs. I have two big babies with huge separation anxiety, a Golden Retriever and a Standard Poodle. Ronny, the manager, took the time to discuss various options to help reduce their anxiety while still allowing them to socialize without being overwhelmed. This personalized approach meant a great deal to me, and it was evident how much care and consideration they put into handling each pet.
Before committing to daycare, I also had my fur babies groomed at PetSuites. The grooming experience was outstanding. The process went smoothly, and my pups did not exhibit the anxiety they usually display after visiting other groomers. Meeting the groomer was especially impressive—despite being pregnant, she demonstrated remarkable professionalism and a passion for grooming and handling the pups. This dedication reassured me that my pets were in very capable hands.
The daycare experience exceeded my expectations, particularly given my pets' anxiety issues. I appreciated the option of selecting the townhome package, which allowed me to check in on them at random times during the day. Yes, this option comes with an additional cost, but it was well worth it for the peace of mind it provided. My pets are my priority, and knowing they were comfortable and well-cared-for was invaluable.
Customer support at PetSuites is top-notch. They were diligent in contacting me with any important updates throughout the day, ensuring I was always informed about my pets' well-being.
Overall, my experience with PetSuites in Kingwood was exceptional. The combination of a caring, professional staff, a clean and welcoming facility, and personalized attention to my pets' needs has made me a loyal customer. I highly recommend PetSuites to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate boarding facility for their furry...
Read moreBeware of this place and do NOT leave your pet here!! If I could give this place ZERO stars, if at all possible, I would. Where do I begin...I paid a high premium to board my dog in the luxury townhouse suite with individual play plus additional play as I know my dog is very active. My family watched the cameras for two days straight while I was on my trip and noticed my dog was spending the bulk of his time in his suite without social interaction. The only time my dog was out of his suite was during maybe the three allotted potty breaks throughout the 24-hour period. My dog never received individual play time, and I saw with my own eyes on camera that he was moved from one prison cell to the next within a play area, which is not considered play time or social interaction. There was no exercise that I saw in the 48 hours my dog was in Pet Suites of Kingwood care. This facility will claim they offer all these services at a high premium, however, if you're not watching the cameras your pet won't get any of those services you pay for. When I called about my dog not receiving play time as promised the person, I spoke with recommended I pay extra for treadmill exercise at an additional cost. Why would I pay extra if my dog wasn't receiving the two play sessions I was already paying for. My dog is terrified of treadmills. Additionally, I was never notified that my dog hadn't eaten much in 48 hours, which I could tell by watching the cameras throughout the facility. Take my advice don't leave your pet here if you truly care about them. After the second day I had enough and sent my mother-in-law to pick up my dog. (The stay was supposed to be for 5 days.) Your pet is just another number to this business. Don't be fooled by the glamour, glitz, and empty promises. It's all a facade. To be fair, this could have been my experience since my dog is not neutered as the other dogs seemed happy in group play sessions, which my dog couldn't be a part of due to not being fixed. However, don't offer services for individual play if do not intend on...
Read moreMy husband selected PetSuites for our 3 dog’s first time board while we traveled for 6 days. The idea of being able to log in and view the cameras really set us at ease when we selected this place for our dog’s first time boarding. However, when we would log on every day, we would only have 1 dog of 3 in the room by himself for hours. So we did not know 1.-Where our other 2 dogs were as we could not see them on any of the other 6 camera we had access to. And 2.- How long he had been in the room by himself. This happened 5 days of our 6 day stay and each day he was alone for hours at a time. I was Told our dogs were doing 1 on 1 playtimes at times they were not on the room but was not able to verify that by checking the other 6 cameras as previously stated. When we saw on camera that the 1 dog left in the room still had food in his bowl on morning 2, we had to initiate a call to see if changes can be made so that he was actually eating. I feel that on day 1 of him not eating, PetSuites should have called and asked us if anything else could be done to make him more comfortable or to find a solution that they would be able to accommodate, not the other way around. We were not aware that we would be charged separately for play times and so that charge alone was a huge surprise, especially when you consider the fact that when they were not in their townhouse I would try to check their whereabouts on the other 6 cameras and never once did I see a single one of my dogs on a playroom camera, indoor or outdoor. I am just upset and extremely unhappy with the value for money spent here and we will not be recommending or coming back at all. Very unfortunate for our dogs. We did pay extra money to have our dogs participate in spirit week photos which were Finding Nemo themed, the picture of them all turned out cute enough but for $15/each. I expected a printout copy of each photo. I was Told they can do so but I now have to find time to go back and pick up my prints. Unacceptable, if you charge for a service, follow through with...
