This review is specifically for Amanda the manager. She was the rudest person I have ever met ! EXTREMELY condescending and sarcastic when told I nearly vomited after eating at this location due to the quality this is the attitude I was met with. She actually ASKED FOR THE FOOD BACK DURING A PANDEMIC WHICH SHOWS HER LEVEL OF CARE FOR THE SAFETY OF HER STAFF MEMBERS AND CUSTOMERS. THEN SAID WE MUST HAVE ENJOYED IT BC WE ATE IT!!! SHE CHOSE TO ARGUE WITHIN THE RANGE OF 6FT I MIGHT ADD. My fries were not eaten due to the diabetes inducing amount of salt on the fries. My burger was extremely sloppy but I TRIED to give the place the benefit of the doubt especially since i was hungry and the weather. I DID not finish my burger as if that would be an issue at a restaurant that actually cares about retaining customers. Whether I ate the food is irrelevant if the customer does not enjoy the food experience a refund or at least an apology would ensue. BUT, not from Amanda she had time in the hurricane rains to be snarky and disrespectful. No apologies from her but the employee who initially answered the phone DID apologize. The food at Culver’s is amazing but the customer service is based on the managers whims. Please do not eat here Bc she DOES NOT care about the customer service or the safety of her staff during this already challenging time of a pandemic. Read moreI visited this Culver’s on my birthday on 9/7 to retrieve my birthday order. My order was made completely incorrect, and I immediately called the store, spoke to the manager on duty, and was told that the next time I wanted to come by, I would get a value basket comped. They also told me that my name was written in a book just in case they weren’t present. Today is 10/26, and I have returned to Culver’s for my meal. I have been told by a manager named Guillermo that my name is not in the book, and there is nothing he can do to assist. I even went out of my way to check my bank statement, as well as the Culver’s app to confirm my purchase as I stated. Guillermo still could not assist. I then had to ask for the corporate phone number, and what do you know, Guillermo does not know it. All he says is that I can get the general manager’s name and she’s on vacation, so I have to wait. I drove 35 minutes to come to this Culver’s today, just to walk away with gas wasted, my anxiety flaring up do to the uncomfortable feeling of having a man go back and forth with me in front of a room full of customers, and a growling tummy. I spend a whole lot of $$ with this company, and this location in particular every time I visit my mom in Kingwood. And I would have never expected this. Read moreI am extremely disappointed in my experience at this location. I spend a ton of money at this location weekly, and the customer service I experienced today was extremely poor. At the drive thru I was missing an ice cream for one of my kids meals. I had to debate with the cashier that I did in fact pay for 3 kids meals and not 2 which was on my receipt. Three kids meals is supposed to include 3 ice creams which I was only given 2 initially. Also, once I got home I noticed the shrimp meal which I had ordered a large cheese curds was given with fries. I called the location and was told if I came back they would replace the wrong item and make it right. After my husband got to the location the cashier Zariah (not sure if I am selling that correctly) argued with my husband once again saying we haven't received any calls, and you only paid for a small cheese curd. This is completly unacceptable and unprofessional. I was charged extra for a large cheese curds, and not only did this location get order wrong they wanted to debate with my husband that he was at the wrong location. To top it off when I called to speak with the manager once my husband returned the manager on duty tried to keep making excuses that there was a miscommunication, and the girl at the drive thru was new.
