The owner reached out, im assuming for more info but by the time i got on to read it there was only a portion of it in the email but the was deleted in this review so maybe they decided not to make it right. You can go look at my other , I am a top contributor and I always keep it 100%. And I try to always put a little bit of positive even in my negative reviews. At this point when I return to this location or encourage anyone else to? No I would not because apparently they don't care to make anything right if they mess up. However, the food was great as always. Problem is i ordered 16 piece tenders, some were a little more like nuggets and there were only 16 on the dot so i prolly got more like 12. And i ordered 5 blackened tenders, which if you guys have never tried their blackened tenders, you have got to try them they are amazing and much healthier. Anyways, I didn't get my blackened tenders so I'm not real happy about it. And I was traveling so I didn't even realize it until I'm already 20 minutes down the road and I had told the girl I didn't want the receipt so I really have no proof that I was ever even there so they definitely got me this time. $47.00 and I got 12 tenders. And it was supposed to be half spicy and half regular, but there was no spicy!!! Popeyes, you gotta do better. Feel to reach out to me and make it right if you want. You should be able to look up my receipt I'm probably the only person that ordered a 16 piece half spicy and half regular and a 5-piece blackened around 7:30pm I think. I can tell you this it was when your little blonde-headed employee was on his lunch break because he was eating out in the dining area. But I still gave you all five stars on the sub categories but not the overall, because as usual it was good. The place was very clean and the girl that took my order was very friendly. It was a great experience if I would have gotten the...
Read moreI went here to get food for my birthday dinner being that I got off late and had to be up early for work the next day. When I made it to the drive thru window a dirty looking guy with dusty hair told me I came late and that they are trying to close. I got home with my food and the chicken was dry as if it sat out for hours and the biscuits were so hard you could tap them with your knuckle and it sounded like your knocking on wood. The mac and cheese I ordered was instead coleslaw. I went back today which is the next day and the manager Katherine told me I had to take a partial order because some pieces were bitten in a rude way(how else would I know something is wrong with the food? SMH) and did not want to give me the name of the guy who I feel like gave me anything because they were trying to close to place complaint. These individuals are unprofessional, rude and donât mind serving old food nor will they fix a mistake or issue on their part. DONâT EAT HERE. There is a better one with fresh food and a more professional work etiquette one exit further next to the Walmart ....
Read moreThis new chicken sammich cant be beat!!!!! Other than that - service was fantastic and quick. Had been about to order chicken strips as well when the customer service rep informed me that it would be another five minutes. I thanked her for her honesty and ordered something else as I was in kind of a hurry. I like that kind of honesty. People treating others as people also. Good philosophy!! The one issue I had was actually with Google Maps. Although I live in Kingwood, and I probably should have known where this Popeyes was, I didn't. Per Maps' instructions, I headed northbound on 494 towards Porter. Instead of having me stay on 494, Maps told me to turn left on NorthPark (east), taking me through the light (which is a long one), at 494/NorthPark and then had me continue all the way to 59, only to go north again. I then turned into the Kroger shopping plaza and navigated through all of that nonsense to end up at the 494 entrance to Kroger. And I know that this happens all of the time, but it is annoying. Anyway - Thanks Popeyes. The chicken sandwich was...
