MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Houston

The woman at the register was extremely rude, I believe she was the boss. She asked what we had I told her I got a mini Caspian and my husband has a Jasper… And before I could say MOD she abruptly interrupted me and said I only need the size not the name. So I said ok a mini and a mod with 2 drinks and 2 mini salads. Once we paid we took our drinks and salads but I noticed she didn’t give me the ranch for my dressing. We asked and she said you can get your sauces once your pizza is done. She spoke to two 40 and 50 year old people like we were small children. I said I need my dressing for my salad. When she hands us the dressing she says, did you guys have a cauliflower crust? My husband says yes I did, she replied with that’s a $2 up charge but since you didn’t say anything about it I won’t charge you this time but next time make sure you tell the person that rings you up. My husband tells her we tried to tell you but you cut my wife off and said you just needed sizes! How are we supposed to tell you anything when you shut us up. She said Sir that’s your responsibility to tell the person that rings you up just be sure you do that next time. If the pizza had not been good and the people that made our food weren’t so nice I would give this MOD 1 star! On 6-6-20 at 10 pm we ordered 2 mid size pizzas. They were ready in super quick fashion, we left parking lot to go Kroger parking lot to eat pizzas, when opened box both pizzas were barely warm and cheese was cooked to the point were it had just started to melt. It tasted cold and all the toppings were cold. I sent a message to corporate and they credited me 1 pizza for the pizzas that were served. I have contacted the store manager and corporate for5 or 6 times letting them know that I needed to be compensated for both pizzas. The manager said here was nothing more he could do. I drive 25 miles to visit this location and I have visited this location 4 times during the pandemic. This is the way they treat their regulars, serving cold pizzas that the cheese is not browned on top. There is a Mod pizza 2 miles from my house, I refuse to go to them because it is a filthy store. I will not be going to any Mod Pizza because the manager could have made this discrepancy up by replacing the pizza, but he chose not to. I will not be returning to...

This place is usually always great. The typical employees are always so nice and helpful. Until the last visit. May 25 2024 I waited in the lobby for no-one to help me until I asked if they had an online order for me. Then a female named Cory argued with us after making our online order incorrectly when they ran out of cheese… How does a pizza place run out of mozzarella cheese? The online site didn’t specify they were out and we put “extra mozzarella” note. The employee got an attitude and told us she was correct and we were wrong and that “the system did specify”.
