Bought a low profile tower cooler to fit on an i7-12700K in a 4U case.

I had got a ThermalRight AXP90-X53 FULL, however, the mounting of this ThermalRight junk was decidedly ThermalWrong. No springs for a constant pressure on the processor, and nothing to ensure you don't damage the motherboard / crack the processor by uneven tightening of the screws. Thought I might be missing something, but no. I followed the instructions to the letter.

The cooler from Coolerguys, however, is an absolute dream. It's clearly designed very well, and is specifically designed to fit in a 4U case. I had concerns about mounting hardware being missing from Amazon deliveries, however Joey Magpantay was very helpful in confirming exactly what should be in the box.

A short wait later, and it's installed on the processor. Really easy to install. Just hold it on, put each screw in enough to catch on the brackets, then just work around each one in turn, until they don't go any more. The springs take care of the rest.

It's got plenty of oomph, and I'm expecting no issues with keeping the 12700K cool.

I was given a Breville oven with error code 06. That turned out to be a 50 mm x 50 mm x 10 mm component cooling fan similar to a cpu cooling fan. I had checked quite a few places before I came upon Cooler Guys. We ordered the fan and it was shipped the same day because we ordered it before that day's shipping time. Cooler Guys sent me notifications of it's trip through the mail, when it was out for delivery, and when it was put in my box.The fan arrived within the time they said it would and it was well wrapped in a box. I did have to change the plug, but that is not Cooler Guys fault. I can't speak to customer service because everything went well other than to say the shipping and order process was smooth. The fan works well and isn't noisy. Would definitely buy from this...

Couldn't be happier with the service provided by Eric Almirante. I have a NAS server that has a fan going out. Ordered a replacement a year ago that was cheap and worked for a while. Due to the small power requirements and the 3-pin connector, which some other vendors I contacted could not supply, Eric was able to help me find the correct fan that I needed. Looking forward to getting this thing back up and running. Definitely plan to use CoolerGuys for any other fans I might be in the need for. Support help and responses were awesome and quick.
