Worst hair salon ever!! The owners/sisters were rude as they kept me waiting for one hour for my root touch up and kept on taking customers and did not even apologize or said anything whilst I kept waiting until I told her this had been an hour so can someone washed my hair please??!! Then, when she washed my hair, firstly the water was too hot and I said to her and she didn’t even say anything or apologize! Then, the water splashed all over my face and my collar! My shirt was wet! I only wanted to have a root touch up and no styling or cutting or blow wave and they charged me $45!! Other place is only $35 and I didn’t get wet nor had to wait and spent 2 hours or more to just do my root touch up! On top of that, while washing my hair, she had to shout to talk to her sister and spoke so loudly and kept going all the time while washing my hair! I know Vietnamese is your native language but please keep it down a bit and not shouting and tried to talk to your sister while washing your customer’s hair the whole time as it’s rude! Im usually very satisfying and happy with my haircut at most Asian hair salons because they are usually very good at hair cutting and styling hair and I trust Asian hair stylists skills but not at this place. I think she charged me a little bit more than other places Ive been to . She would not listen to how I wanted she just did how she wanted for my long think hair so she dit thin and cut shorter than I asked for. I clearly told her that I don't like V-Shape layers and she agreed that you would not to Shape but she sure did my hair V-Shape and now my hair looks so thin like sick thin she layered my hair so thin and I didn't even get my hair washed or anything just hair trim with touch up on the layers I already had and she charged $45. Horrible experience! At first I didn't want to do anything because I didn't have $160 that's with all the discounts they had. Then, the other sister approached me and said she'd do my color and cut for $100. Overall, I spent 7 hours at the salon, because they kept taking every person that walked in! I said I wanted dark ashy color and after yellow highlights and whatever else she mixed up a few times to add on, I ended up redheaded, no highlights, no low-lights, no ashy whatsoever. About an hour into the appointment I realized they were just saying yes to what I was saying without understanding what I was talking about at all! I even looked up ashy color on google translate into Vietnamese! At the end of the appointment she said I owed her $145!!!!! Unless you speak Vietnamese, I honestly don't recommend...
