If you don't mind coming to the store 20 minutes after they're supposed to be open and they're not, come on by. (I even called the University district store to see if they knew why it wasn't opened - he texted the manager but didn't get a reply while we were talking.) Don't expect an apology for why they opened late when you mention it when you do arrive later and comment on it. If you don't mind them getting your name and email, which Carlos insisted he needed to complete the transaction (even though every other business that wants it will accept that you don't want to give it, so this is BS), buy from a Purple store in person. And if you don't mind the passive/aggressive attitude when you stand in front of the cashier (again, Carlos) counting out CASH (several times) and then you're told "we don't accept cash" when he's waiting for your card, come on by. Never mind there aren't any signs telling you they don't accept cash. Yeah, real good customer service here. Yes, I was angry about all this and yes I was rude to them. But you know what, you also don't stand in the back of the store after you've seen me walk in and don't acknowledge me as soon as you've seen me and continue talking to each other - again, bad customer service. Only when I grabbed a seat cushion to try it did one of them come up to me. I've had a Purple cushion since they first came out and were marketed to truck drivers, so I do really like the product. Read moreAfter many hours of researching and figuring out what bed i thought i wanted and was ready to order, I decided to see what Mattress stores where around my area to see if I could try anything that would change my mind.
I found this purple store location and decided to give it a try since being used to Springs memory foam or pillow top.
My wife and I went over and were welcomed by Niki, who showed us around the floor of ranges of purple Mattress's, It took a matter of 15 min before we found a bed we didn't want to get out of. Ill attribute maybe 60% of it to the purple Mattress itself and another 40% to the Zero G setting on the adjustable frame that it was accompanied with. Its a tough one to really even give it 40% because that was a game changer i haven't experienced before.
Needles to say we got the Adjustable frame and ended up going with the Cal king 4" Purple Mattress. Its been 2 months and my wife and I are still loving it. Best bed we have ever had.
Went back the other day and picked up more sheets and the Duo Chair Cushion which Meagan was more than happy to help me figure out which would work best for our office chairs.
I can not highly recommend giving purple a try enough before you go with a standard memory foam or spring or whatever.
