Worst company I’ve ever dealt with! Placed an order for a machine on April 5 and paid up front the full amount and never received. I’m absolutely aware of the delays due to covid and would have had a little more understanding if Benjamin would have just been honest. The stories changed, the timeline changed and others at the shop gave different stories than he did. It got to where Ben wouldn’t return emails or phone calls and when I tried to leave messages, his voicemail was always full. His excuse was that he was in France! I felt as though they take your money and place you on the back burner. I ended up having to get with my credit card company and show all documentation of the stories, in which they agreed with me.
