Returned here a year later, on March 14. And as always, I'm never disappointed. Out of the main three stores that I shop at; Ross's , Marshall's, and Burlington. Burlington, is by far my favorite. Mainly due to the fact they have a Big and Tall man section that the other two stores don't have. I bought 3 very stylish summer outfits for $75. Where else can you do that? With name brand clothes? I love this place, and it's number one in my book of places to shop for clothes. I Shopped here Saturday, February 18. They had two cashier's which I had to wait in line for over 30 minutes, which they never called another cashier to open another line. This was ridiculous. So, if your not in a hurry, then no worries. Otherwise, plan on waiting in line for awhile. Still love the savings.I usually shop at Rosses and Marshall's. I'm a person always looking for deals. Burlington in my opinion is better than those two stores, because they have a big and tall man section in their men's department. I shopped here on good friday and scored a $60 jacket for $14.99, some ski gloves for $6.99, and some nike NFL sweat pants for $9.99. I was very impressed with their shoe selection. They also had a great selection of watches which although I didn't buy one I am thinking about going back to purchase a couple watches. I would highly recommend shopping here! The store was neat and organized, and even better than that the prices...
Read moreThis place is HORRID. It’s a mess, the service is downright horrendous. I made the mistake of visiting this location and trying on a shirt. I accidentally left my $80 underarmour jacked in the fitting room. When I realized it I called immediately and the customer service “didn’t know what to do”. They left me on hold until someone said “they hadn’t seen anything”. I rushed back to the store and searched myself. There were NO attendants in the dressing rooms to help. And clothes were literally thrown everywhere. When I did talk to someone (I spoke to three separate employees) no one had any idea what was going on or where a lost and found might be. The store only had about five people working which means no one had communicated or asked any of the other employees. I asked someone at the front registers and she just said if they find something they “usually” put it up front on the tables where they throw all the merchandise to be returned back to the floor. I can’t begin to explain how frustrating it is. I asked if they had cameras and they said yes but that wouldn’t help. Which prompted me to ask how they caught shoplifters, she said “oh it’s impossible unless you catch them doing it”. With as dirty and unorganized as this store is it absolutely does not surprise me. The “I don’t care about anything” attitude of the staff is utterly astounding. Don’t waste your time...
Read moreFirst time going to a Burlington Coat store, and unless I develop a fond love of watching families with preteens running the aisles and acting like they were outside at a park, or if I have an urge to stand and wait forever to be checked out, we won't go back to this store. There were 3 checkers, each having one customer. We got behind a man that had two pair of jeans or slacks. The checker flip them back and forth, over and under, then back and forth again (labels were in plain sight!). The man was getting upset, and from the comments from customers behind us, they weren't too thrilled with the delay, either. I checked to see if either of the other two lines had progressed with the customer but they were as slow as the line we were in. I finally gave up and set the two boxes of teas I was going to buy down on the counter and left. Unless you enjoy poor customer service and waiting in lines that took longer than donating a pint of blood, you might want to reconsider shopping at the Burlington Coats...
