ALDI — Local services in Kirkwood

I love also great prices. Mostly great food. However I do have a complaint. The Blue bag of Kirkwood Crispy Chicken Strips. Normally we love them and get 2 bags when we shop. However the quality of Kirkwood has Gone down the tubes. Most of the bag is not chicken stips.ost of the bag is the random small fried dough. I'm paying $8 bag to get chicken strips. Not fried breading. These used to be great and have long big chunky pieces of chicken. I'm not sure what happened but it is annoying to plan a dinner. Chicken and a side or the chicken on the salad. But not getting any real chicken....

I am a huge fan of Aldi Süd (as any proper southern german), but this location pails in comparison. As a matter of fact, it’s a disaster when compared with the stores over there. The card machines are broken and the gentlemen at the checkout put all my groceries into another cart instead of handing them to me to put them in my bag, so now I’ve got to dance with two carts instead of efficiently putting my items in the bag as soon as they are scanned. I’ll be steering clear of this location and trying out some others after this abysmal...

Why go to hyperpriced Schnuck's and Dierberg's when most everything you usually get is here at an ALDI's?

There is a price war being waged between this ALDI's and the nearby Walmart.

Walmart may be better for fresh vegetables yet ALDI wins with the pre-made bagged salads. ALDI wins for price over Walmart in other section. Walmart chip of all sort are better on price and experience.
