The store leader Jose was initially very nice and helpful when I made my purchase. Unfortunately, customer service ended as soon as my payment went through. One of the PS5 games I had bought as a gift turned out to be empty. Jose also charged me for multiple warranties on games that I did not agree to. I called and spoke to Jose again, said he couldn’t do anything in store, that he would talk to customer service and return my call in 30 minutes. He never called me back, and I reached out to him again. He said he still didn’t have time to process the issue and he would call me back the next day. I called customer service directly and they let me know that the information Jose provided was not true and that all in store purchases could only be refunded by the store. Clean. Usually empty of people enough for comfort. Had what I needed most of all! The place was a little cramped with all the displays and cases in the middle, but I do admit it adds to the environment. Their selection is lacking, specifically and very often in the Xbox department, which is what I'd go and look for 90% of the time which is unfortunate for me. But they answer phone calls reliably and are very knowledgeable about anything you could ask whether it be in person or on the phone. Trading in items and purchasing with in-store credit is very easy and convenient, which I'm happy about. I definitely came out with what I needed and am pretty satisfied! Not only did you recommend an amazing set of headphones that are not only in my price range but fit well with great sound clarity. We got to talk shop a bit since the store wasn't busy even for only a few minutes. Great personality, knowledgeable about the products, and more important, you treated me like family and made sure I had everything I needed.
