This was our only experience at this location as the last time we attempted to have my rings checked the door was locked and their was a sign that said they were in a meeting. The woman who helped us seemed annoyed and the other woman helping didnât acknowledge my husband and I at all. Apparently their new system has been sketchy and the update lost many accounts with ring warranties (not our problem). She asked if we had our original paperwork for my ring and said if she couldnât find us in the system and their were missing/loose diamonds she couldnât help us. After she found them she said we needed to return every 6 months for the FREE diamond warranty. The other warranty you pay for is sizing and polishing or something of that nature. This is the part that upsets me, she told us itâs only takes 5 min so thereâs no reason to not have the rings checked. She has no idea where we live, what we do for work, or if â5 minâ is something we can make happen every 6 months. I understand we have a responsibility too. But to be reprimanded by the sales associate?! We wonât be coming back to see her or this location in 6 months. Iâd rather drive further! So keep in mind if you go have your rings checked to bring your original paperwork that is only God...

My ring came in no issue and my wife ordered a 2mm band and they sent a 5mm when I got to the store after a month, note I need this ring by the August 16th and I ordered this a little more then a month ago so instead of reordering and expediting the shipping, they said oh it will be here the 23rd a week after I needed the rings for the wedding. Also instead of being charged the same price they would charge me $60 more to reorder which was way more than what I paid for initially ( paid $124 initially ). Manager goes we have one here ( my wife didnât want the showroom one because who wants something other people have not tried on ) the manager goes I can give you 10% off this one, again no where near what I initially paid ( 10% off = $165 total). Worst Experience ever and never going back. Any normal place would understand that this was a mistake on the company side and help but nope just gave me more money to pay, a little 10% discount ( which is still more than the price I already paid for), and no where near the date I need it by.    Read moreI have shopped at zales numerous times and every time I come to this location, the staff is always rude and impatient. One staff member in particular named Erika, I believe she is the manager, is the absolute worst. I came into the Zales looking to buy a necklace and I showed her photos from the zales website and she would take one look at the photo and say "nope" without trying to help me find alternatives. I asked her to find me a necklace within a certain price range to which she replied we don't have anything, which is interesting because the next two necklaces I picked up was within that price range, so she just blatantly lied to my face. It seemed like she just wanted me to leave the store so she could sit down at her desk. I am never shopping here again.
EDIT: I see that the store manager replied to me. YOUR TEAM may try to provide exemplary care but you clearly do not.
