It's Panera. Imagine the most generic baked goods created to merely appease the masses rather than push the envelope on taste or presentation. Panera caught on during a time in our culture when their style of food and atmosphere was trendy. They seem to be flailing, trying to rediscover an identity to re-increase their sales and, in my humble opinion, it comes off a bit desperate. I took one star off for that. The second star was removed because my bagel and cream cheese (~$5) came with generic cream cheese I had to spread myself. Very few people want to spread their own cream cheese and certainly don't want to pay an extra $2 for the opportunity to do so. Reduce your business' waste and cost while making your customers happier by buying larger tubs of cream cheese and applying it for us. Read moreThere was something wrong with the website. I placed an order for oatmeal and somehow it was put through as a parfait. I asked if they could change it. I would pay the difference which was $0.20. The lady spent 20 minutes going back and forth with her manager who she called Winnie. They wouldn't just give me the oatmeal they had to redo and re-ring everything and figure everything out. As someone who works in retail sometimes you just have to take care of the customer. I waited there for over 30 minutes and was late for work. When I opened the oatmeal the strawberries were nasty and slimy. I won't be back to this location for a while. I usually go about everyday. Read moreI work at the AutoZone right next to this particular Panera and what a pleasure has it been to have this establishment near us. Me and my coworkers come here everyday for drinks and the occasional breakfast and all the staff are extremely nice and make sure to make each and every one of our encounters one to remember. From how they interact with the customers to the speed and quality of their service they all go above and beyond the call of duty. And I want to thank each and every one of them for the service they have provided us since day one. Keep doing what you’re doing and it’s guaranteed to make every customer repeat customers.
