So where do I start? The service was not good the food was not bad. I went here yesterday with a friend. First, I walked in and no one greeted me for a while. It wasn't until an older couple came in someone finally came over. It was early, 5:30 so the place was not packed, I counted 6 tables, all with food plus a woman at the bar. Team members were talking in the back, walking back and forth, only one man, I think he was hispanic, said good evening when he passed me. Two team members were actually a two tables down from me, by the back area betwern dining areas talking. I thought they were probably on break but one of them ended up being our server. The server didn't mention their social hour. He said his name was Scott when he FINALLY came to our table I asked about it. "Do you have a happy hour?" I asked not seeing the menu. "Yeah," he replied. "OK, where is it?" I asked looking around "I got it in my head. What do you want?" he said, "Its only a few half off appetizers." He turned the long main menu around, "Like calamari, Some draft beer, wine" I was taken aback, "I thought I saw a menu online." I said. I originally was intrested in bourbon old fashion I saw online, but his attitude and insulting disposition made me want to leave. My friend had been in traffic though and I knew she was hungry so I stayed. "Yeah I can get that." He said walking away to get the menu. Long story short I ended up getting the shareable and half calamari which was not bad. The tuna was subpar, but the sprouts were good and the calamari crispy. My first cup of water had black stuff floating in it. Once my friend came, we were ignored mostly. Our drinks were not refilled until I waved another server down to ask about it. Our server mostly talked on the side he even moved tables around next to us but wouldnt look at us directly. When we finally got bread and my friend even commented, "This should have come out a long time ago." Because we had ordered and were waiting a while before he brought us the little squareish bread. We only got the appetizers and l was ready to leave. I was disgusted. Then when he dropped of the check, he had the audacity to hang around the table waiting for the card. Look, The Loop has ALOT of choices. I suggest 4 Rivers, BJs, Abuelitas, Kpot, Cheddars, Menchies, almost anywhere else. I was craving seafood and had never been to this Bonefish in Kissimmee. I see why the company is closing stores just based on service alone. I would NEVER go back. I should have spoken to the manager, but I didn't need anything comped, we just wanted to feel respected and acknowledged. Like I said, we walked around when we left and there are SO MANY OTHER OPTIONS. Find somewhere else to go! Kissimmee has alot of places where you don't have to be treated like an inconvenience when you spend money. There are many restaurants less than...
Read moreWe go to this Bonefish often and usually have a wonderful experience. Today we went around 130pm, very look traffic time of day for a Saturday, and the service was very disappointing as was the food. First my husband ordered the endless bubbles with the blackberry sangria at the same time the other 4 of us ordered our drinks. We all got out drinks and 2 breads and he still hadn’t gotten his first drink. When the food started arriving we had to ask our server for the sangria again and that’s when the first one finally arrived. He had finished the first one before dessert, he asked for the second one Before dessert arrived and he didn’t get it till we were all done with dessert. While the 3rd one got there almost instantly after it was requested. Normally our servers are so on point that before we get to finish the first one the second one is on its way, especially during a time of day that was very dead. My son ordered the fish sticks from the kids menu which usually come with 3 fairly decent pieces of fish, enough to satisfy him, this time he got these 2 tiny pieces of fish that did nothing for him, very disappointing. We ordered dessert at the same time as lunch. We had finished all our food and our server came by to pick up the plates and we had to ask her twice for the dessert that we had already requested from earlier on. Our server Alicea was extremely distracted and paid very poor attention to our table and her service was just disappointing from somewhere that we enjoy coming to so much because of how good the service usually is. Something else we noticed was that the manager never stopped by our table to ask if our meal was ok. Again, something unusual from the normal service especially during a time of day that was dead. There were most empty tables than full there was no excuse for poor or...
Read moreI attended a special event($60 3 course meal) at Bonefish Grill and from the very first interaction to the last, I had an absolutely wonderful experience. I initially spoke with Anna, who was incredibly pleasant and helpful in answering my questions ahead of the event. I arrived late, but the host and the manager, Priscilla, were both welcoming and accommodating, making sure I was still able to enjoy everything without any stress.
The food was absolutely delicious, and the service throughout the event was top-tier. Luna, Scott, and Felicia were all attentive, friendly, and professional, every interaction with them felt thoughtful and genuine. I don’t drink alcohol, so I requested mocktails instead, and not only did they happily accommodate me, but Dave went above and beyond by offering a complimentary coupon for a future visit after I didn’t care for one of the drinks. That kind of attention to detail and care is rare.
To top it off, Scott (I believe) made the extra effort to manually apply my $10 rewards credit to my bill even though I was having trouble with my rewards account.
All in all, it was an exceptional experience and I truly felt valued as a guest. I will absolutely be returning—and I highly recommend Bonefish Grill to anyone who appreciates great food and even better...
