The experience that I am going through at the moment in the nike store in kissimmme is very unfortunate.. it would seem unbelievable everything starts when I arrive at 3:30pm when I go to the counter and tell the boy that I need to change size since my wife gave me a birthday present... when the store manager approaches me and I try to explain my situation and from the very beginning she is very hostile and tells me that she can't do anything if I don't have the receipt... I go back to her and try to explain again and I see a very arrogant attitude in her when I realize that she has no intention of providing customer service, I ask her a single question if I get the receipt could you help me make the change and she tells me yes and she leaves!! .. when I leave the store I call my wife and she tells me the receipt must be in the car... I start looking and I am lucky to find it... I come back and go into the store very happy this time to change my clothes and the crossfit shoes that fit me little ones... I go back and tell the boy, please, can you call the manager to tell him that he had found the receipt and now the girl comes again in a super hostile way this time and tells me the shoes I'm not going to change because you can't .. I'm like surprised and I say heyyy! For here this was not what you told me 5 minutes ago I was talking to her trying to talk to her but very rudely she paid attention to the radio and she left me talking literally alone and I stayed like this this could not be happening to me. The experience has been the worst I have ever had as a customer. This person named Odalys, manager of the store in Kissimmee, is not qualified to provide an experience and customer service of the height that a brand with as much prestige as Nike should have. . I hope that this sits as a lesson and you can make some adjustments to bring an experience as each client deserves! Read moreShopping experience was great. Found everything that I was looking for. My experience turned bad when checking out at the register. It was busy in the store this past Sunday and the line was long. When I finally got called next at the cash wrap (at the far end of the counter, register 1) by an employee named Isabel, I made my way down and I soon as I reach, she leaves the counter to greet personal friends. I thought that was rude but waited patiently because i thought she would return right away. She looks my way and then continues to have a full conversation away from the counter while i stand waiting at her register to ring me up. A few minutes pass and I get fed up and find another employee (at register 8) to ring up my stuff and they were extremely helpful. Once I finished checking out, I again passed Isabel and she was STILL talking to her friend and looking at food that she had with her and just now returning to her register. At this point, I'm shocked and let her know how unprofessional she is and that she needs to focus on the customer that is there spending money on such a busy day. Read moreI had a good shopping experience at this store the cashier Christian was very helpful and nice and also A worker helped me find the Nike socks that were not on the floor she went to the back to get them for me and I was happy but at the and of checking out I was immediately pissed off because right after i made my purchase I came back in the store and asked for a larger bag and The manager ( boricua big boned , also beautiful) said "no that she cannot give out bags like that. "I needed the larger bag because I had done some shopping at Sam's Club and I needed a way to carry my items I do not understand why I was refused something simple as a plastic bag when I had just purchasedfrom the store and she knew that I had made a purchase because at the register next to my cashier see put an additional Mark down on a customers item because the item was damaged but thanks to her My whole experience went from good to bad and yes a stupid bag is the reason for this review hopefully you learn from this and know that a bag will not cost you your job but on the bright side I did the survey for Christianand I hope he gets recognized for it.
