I went to the store to get my watch fixed and battery change. First of all they told me it will take 3 days to change the broken screen and that will do it in the store and max they'll charge 25-30$ for it. A week after not hearing from them I decided to call to find out that they have someone that picks up the watches and takes them to fix them someone else when I was told they will fix it there. The guy told it will be ready in 3 days again and that they will call me. Another week pass by I decided to call again and the store tells me that the guy that took the watches was supposed to call me who never did! 😡 At this point at went to the store personally to get my watch and now its $70 instead of 25-30$ like he said in the beginning. I was really upset at this time and when he gave me my watch they even change the battery do I had to wait 20 mins for him to change it and again he charge $10 more for changing it. Worst service ever. I would not recommend this...

Recently visited this place on a Monday to get my ring repaired. They told me everything would be done perfectly and it would be done Saturday. So I called Saturday and they told me it would now be done Monday. I go to pick it up Monday and it looks worse than when I first gave it to them. I tried to ask for a discounted price because the job wasn’t worth way they were trying to charge me for but the store owner said it was the best they could do . I LOVE THIS PLACE! Honestly, the best jeweler in town. I went to this place to have my watch resize and battery changed. They told me they would do it for me right away and only charge 7 for the battery and 5 to re size my watch. As I was waiting, I looked around the store seeing BEAUTIFUL jewelry and they also customize ! I came back to buy a ring I saw that day and they were really knowledgeable about the products and advised me of great items that would fit my style. Definitely...
