Read morePoor customer service!!! Employees need a lot of training. Poor management not able to recognize the reason for them is to provide quality service. The orellys franchise deserves and expect the very best. Any other and been to many store location you do not see the condition being 1st the appearances of-the employee . 2nd attitude this location believed the employee needed sleep.or a motivation pill?. Read moreI needed a PCM for my truck so I stopped here and they found the part I needed but had to submit a customer request to make sure they could get that particular PCM. So I gave them my name, phone number and address and they submitted the request. 2 days go by and I didn't hear anything so I stopped by again. They look it up and found out that they can't get that PCM. No phone call to let me know or anything.
