Taco Bell — Restaurant in Knox

Service is horrible here. The people service you based off who you are.based off what car they see that the speaker. Not based off of. Pure genuine good food. I won't lie sometimes they have a great cook there. But the manager there seems to be horrible. She said before she doesn't care or mind if she lost her job. Also the hot sauce thing is completely ridiculous. One day we got 20 pr more hot sauces in one purchase. And whenever its the manager she doesn't even give us the right amount based of how many items we purchased. This business is completely pathetic. Other than the people who actually deserve there job there. Like we ordered 8 things and only get. 3 hot sauce. The manager obviously has a problems with specific people. And idk if she knows this but some people can't have specific things on there food. Yet they are pathetic and lazy. And pay no kind to random. Onions.cheese. beans being added. Im surprised they haven't been sued for putting the wrong thing in peoples food purposefully. What I think it is. Is they are to lazy and pathetic to make fresh food so they gives there customers. Old food that was sitting. With stuff thats on it that they may be highly allergic to. Just because they didn't want to...

Here the thing...I think they have used the whole COVID excuse long enough. Over the years many problems. MANY. This past year really has be the worst ever. No breakfast menu for drive thru...I don't know why...girl said it's inside but not open to go in that early so I'm confused abt breakfast burritos and how I'm suppose to know what to order. Really...every single day they are out of something, tomatoes.. lettuce... Chicken...pop...I mean I can't even make it up. When they're out (daily) their is NO discount ...no freebie...you the customer pays full price and gets shafted. Just wondering when as a community people will realize their being taken cleaners and say no more. I've heard all the excuses...it's the manager not ordering enough...the company is shorting us...their is a shortage. Their is a darn supermarket in same parking lot. Take a 100 bucks out that drawer go to supermarket buy what you are out of and put the receipt in drawer. Its completely ridiculous. In fact one employee said they were told they had buy it out of their own pocket and it may or may not be refunded. I'm just over this place as well. Owner needs find a new manager...

We went though the drive-thru at around 9:30pm. Right off, the speaker on the other line was bombarded with giggly teenagers and really loud screaming, this had to have been from the employees because looking into the resturant's eat-in there were only 2 adults eating. The guy on the line took our order {2 potato grillers and 2 shredded chicken burritos and 6 tacos} and it was a quick pull through to the window. Got our order and left. On the way home, checked the bag only to find that the order was wrong. No potato grillers instead just the tacos and 2 chicken burritos. The food was also soggy. Gross. This has happened more than once too. Few weeks ago ordered out here and the food was cold and they got our order wrong. I thought maybe it was just a bad night, but this settles it - don't go here! You will get the wrong order everytime. Also, fire these people - they aren't doing their jobs correctly; just incompetence at it's finest. Teenagers not paying attention to the...
