Leased a tv bundle. Showed up OBVIOUSLY used (wasn't home when delivered), but was expecting new considering I was paying full price and wasn't informed that I'd be receiving the previously leased floor model. I had also made it a point, because I know how they can operate, that I wanted new merchandise. I had previously returned a couch because it was breaking down after only a few months. They still have it, "managers special", the same price I was paying brand new!
Sound bar was delivered with no remote. Tried programming 3 different Universal's and nothing. Tried using Bluetooth, and nothing. Wife calls and they don't have any other sound bars available. What kind of electronic store doesn't carry electronics in stock?
Said they could have it back, I'll buy a new one outright.
They took $5 a month off a 12 month lease. Seriously?! $60 off a $540 retail sound bar, NEW! So I'm supposed to pay the remaining $490 plus interest on a piece of faulty, previously owned equipment I had to return.
Went to watch a Blue Ray, remote didn't work. Said they'd send someone right away to swap it out. About time some descent customer service.
They bring me a much smaller Blue Ray player, and no updated lease. How do I know they didn't take a $250 Blue Ray from me, and leave a $150 player, still charging me for the more expensive one?!
Am still waiting for a call from the manager, as everyone in the store at the time was absolutely useless!
Update on the Blue Ray replacement. My mistake, it isn't a $150 player.....it's $65.78...

I wish the store would ld improve its communication. This store specifically doesn't contact me back when Identity verification needs to be done. Instead leaves orders placed online pending until the order gets canceled. Still waiting for the store to schedule delivery of a Couch after letting the last order I placed caceled June 5th 2025 a TV order never heard back about deliver and canceled the order. Paid for a new TV then June 28th online order for a couch. Paid $100 and I'm still waiting for Aaron's bay Rd to schedule delivery or even tell me a status as calling this number never gets answered and the answering machine says calling restrictions are preventing this call after ringing for over 10 mins.
