Alan gave the best customer service! We were having car issues leaving from Steamboat Springs and barely made it to Kremmling. We made it to Kremmling’s O’Reilly location 15 minutes before they closed on a Sunday and even though they didn’t have the battery we needed, Alan offered to stay late to charge our current battery for us, he even came out and jumped our car with his own car after his shift which gave us enough juice to make it to Silverthorne so we didn’t have to waste the one he recharged.
