I had an okay experience I brought my daughter's tennis shoes here to get rid of, I found the offer fair for my items. However the staff is not welcoming the few times I have came I was not greeted or acknowledged when I walk in. One employee blurted out she couldn't take items in bags before even asking what I had. I brought shoes, what they don't take in bags is CLOTHING. They also don't take items after a certain time I would try calling before coming to make sure you are aware of their procedures. The clothes on the racks is pressed all the way to one side which makes it hard to go through the items and some items are pressed so hard to one side they are falling off the rack. I worked in retail for many years and no stores do this because it makes no sense to press everything to one side it does not look good and it makes it hard to view the items. Very rude and disrespectful person that inspected the items I brought in, I take great care of my grandsons items and to be told they have stains or a stain? I didn't see anything on anything. How embarrassing. I got attitude when I came in and attitude when I went out. Doesn't seem like whoever that was cares, tries or even tries to communicate, be professional, or friendly. The one working the counter was friendly but the one inspecting items is very rude and disrespectful. I would give her a zero for her attitude. I dont care if you buy from me or not, I dont need the $, I just thought someone would love it because the items are in great shape. This place is not friendly nor do they have a decent selection of boys clothing or items. They don't buy any thing, I had mostly name brand stuff. This place is trash, don't waist your time. Go to Once upon a Child or sell/donate to someone in need.

UPDATE RESPONSE TO OWNER: I in fact have shopped at your location (Kyle), bought two or 3 items when my son was 3 months old now 13 months old. We've since been two seperate times to sale our items both times we weren't greeted and the second time the lady with the glasses which I suspect is you (the owner) was very rude to not only my husband and I but the patron you were on the phone with as well.
