I ordered three different types of milkshakes. First order of a Medium Oreo Blast Milkshake with Caramel and Cookie Dough placed on top. Second order of a Small Vanilla shake. Third order of a Medium Strawberry Cheesecake Cream Cooler. The only order that came out right was the Small Vanilla Milkshake. Both the Oreo Blast and the Strawberry Cheesecake Cream Cooler was wrong. They ended up mixing the Caramel and Cookie Dough into the Oreo Blast. And didn’t make the Strawberry Cheesecake Cream Cooler correctly the first time. They placed it in a regular styrofoam cup to hide the fact that they didn’t add the whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs. After telling them it wasn’t made correctly through the intercom, they ended up bringing it out in the correct cup with whipped cream, still no graham cracker crumbs. Upon asking the manager, I assume, where were the crumbs, she informed me that they ended up running out of the graham cracker crumbs. I then proceeded to ask her how come they didn’t tell me that when I placed my order, especially after two workers came to my vehicle within the 25 minutes I was there. She told me that she was in the kitchen and busy with car hopping so she didn’t know. None of that made any sense to me. So after she said that, I asked if I were able to get a refund, especially since they made the drink twice and still didn’t make it how it was depicted via the app. She said that if i ordered it online then I would have to contact customer support for a refund since it’s third party. After that, she then proceeded to call for backup through her walkie and walked away to speak with two other workers outside. She never returned to my vehicle and they all ended up walking back inside.

Read moreService is slow and guy on speaker is very rude and interups you when ordering, only to ring it up on wrong lane leaving the car hop to figure it out. On top of that my chicken sandwich was cold and I received old and cold fries, took forever with the mix up and I was one of 4 cars there in early afternoon on August 21st day of the solar eclipse.Waited nearly 45 minutes one night for 3 strawberry shakes, you would think they would have someone dedicated to that machine since they serve a lot of them but they're usually short staffed and always hiring. I also waited about 30-35 minutes in the actual drive though lane, I went to that one because of my previous long wait time and that line I've seen move quickly most if the time. I would go to the other location but it is at least a 10 minute drive and an inconvenience since this one is down 150FM from me. They need to train staff better and be staffed during prime time. I have limited my purchases here and continue to do so until they can provide better customer service and wait times. I have a back ground in F&B so I know where they need improvement, if they would get someone to manage the staff and quality better they could be a very successful location. Read moreThe SuperSonic Breakfast Burrito is one of my all-time favorite fast-food items, I've been getting it for over a decade. This location has twice in a row failed to give me the correct order. On the first occasion, a few weeks ago, I went through the drive-through and ordered the SuperSonic Burrito meal. I could tell the woman taking my order was confused because she asked me "sausage or bacon", so I clarified, "The number 15 SuperSonic Burrito Combo" - direct quote. I drove away and opened my bag to find a Breakfast Toaster that was WAY too toasted. I couldn't even finish it. Today, I was feeling forgiving so I decided to give them another chance. I placed the order with the Online App, thinking there was absolutely no way they could mess that up. Imagine my surprise when I opened my bag to find just a regular, plain, sausage and egg burrito - no jalapenos, no tater tots, NOT a SuperSonic burrito at all. It's unfortunate, because I love Sonic and love this breakfast item, but I cannot continue going to this location if they continue to fail to understand the simplest of orders (I always go alone and order one item).
