!!!!!! BED BUGS IN THE STORE !!!!!!! Sept. 22 2017. Went into the store to look at couches with my girlfriend. While sitting on one of the couches (after about 20 seconds), I noticed a small bug beside me on the cushion. We immediately got off the couch, looked more closely and it had many baby bed bugs. I told an employee and she mentioned that the couch had been sitting there a week.(I wouldn't be surprised if their other furniture is infected) My girlfriend and I checked ourselves over (she had one on her) and left the store! We walked to Wal-Mart, bought NEW clothes, changed into them and walked back to our car to leave from Aaron's parking lot. We spent the rest of the night washing clothes and showering ourselves off to make sure that we had no chance of getting infected. WE WERE VERY CAREFUL. The employees are EXTREMELY irresponsible and I can NOT believe it took a customer to point this out to them. (Especially since the employee said they had just been sitting on that couch earlier!!!) When we had finally settled down for the night, we researched pictures of baby bed bugs to make sure we had not freaked out prematurely, but IT WAS BED BUGS. We will never step foot in an Aaron's again, and we will always check before we sit anywhere again because people...

If I could give this place a ZERO star review, I absolutely would. They call you a thousand times a day, the day of your payment. God Forbid your late.. They even call FAMILY members that are, no longer leasing with them, call people that have prior CLOSED accounts that are not on the Refence call list I gave them, and call Prior CLOSED accounts JOBS, that they were defiantly not given to call. In hopes to get a message to me. I know when my bill is due, and it will be paid, as it always is. I have sent emails, after emails to the customer services support and NOTHING is and will NEVER be done about the most rude, unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced. This is the worse place ever. I will never ever get anything from them. Got a washer and dryer not even a month old the dryer stopped working. Informed them they said Samsung will be out the next day and they would call me with a time. Never got the call the next day, I had to reach out to them and come to find out the work order wasn’t put in. I called the next morning and barely they put in the work order and informed me it would take a couple of days to schedule something they would call and set up a day. Calling up there is a joke they never want to answer the phones or you get hung up on. You pay so much for the stuff and they just act so nonchalant about getting it fixed.
