The doctors here are great! We love Dr. Russell, she’s amazing! She makes me feel my newborn is receiving the best care. However, I haven’t had the best experience with the front of office staff. I was told my newborn was not covered and that I would have to pay out of pocket for his visit. After further investigation on my own, I was informed by my insurance that I had been given the wrong information by the office. My newborn was indeed covered but I had to go back and forth with the office staff before they finally accepted this and agreed to see my son without charging me out of pocket. On a separate occasion, I called the office to update my son’s insurance prior to his appointment. I was told everything would be taken care of when we arrived for his appointment. To my surprise the lady at the front desk had no idea I had called to update his insurance, as it was not on file. I was then told that I should have done so beforehand so they could have had it ready to go for his visit. At this point I’ve grown frustrated with the staff because not only have they given me trouble with my son’s coverage due to their lack of knowledge on the matter, but they fail to communicate...

I appreciate the doctors at this office, but it is almost impossible to get an appointment. When you are able get one, it is months out.

Every time we've brought our kids, we've waited no less than 45 minutes before being brought back to an examining room where you'll wait at least another 20 minutes.

Very inefficient and difficult to get through with young kids

Update 10/14/2025. The review I wrote yesterday was for an afternoon appointment that turned out to be a two hour experience.

This morning we had an appointment with another one of our kids and this time spent two hours and 15 minutes at this office.

I have been going to a different pediatrician for a very long time But I felt like it was time for a change do to so many bad experiences I choose this one for the reason that the pictures/reviews looks good & let me tell you! It did not disappoint we had Dr Rene Moreno she is new here & she was amazing answered all of my question made my daughter feel special & heard which is amazing for a 6 year old to feel & I loved how she walked us through everything she was going to do while she was examining my daughter so she knew what was happing next & also why she was examining her Dr Moreno did more in 1 visit than what her old dr did for 6 years Also let’s not forget about the front staff and the nurse that helped us out I may not be able to remember their names but they both made my family & I feel amazing...
