Similar to Pier 1, but a more "cozy" atmosphere. Lots of unique items for home decor. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well. The only drawback would be that the store has a very strong scent, since there are a lot of candles and other smell-good items in there. As someone who is very sensitive to smells and easily gets headaches from them, it made me not want to spend too much time in the store looking around. Other than that, I love this place! Horrible customer service! Liz, the store manager for store 571 on Johnston Street, did not help me at all ! I went in to return some items that I purchased in store and also online with all receipts. After waiting over an hour for her to figure things out , she simply told me that I could not get a refund because Their machine was not working properly to credit the card that I used to make the purchase.
