If I could get no stars I would. Last week I walked in to get a replacement break light for my car. Had taken the old one out to make sure I get the correct Item before paying and leaving the store. Things started great walked in and the person behind the counter ask If he can help. He pointed me to the lightbulbs. Then he walks over to me to help he says the single filament bulbs are here and I said Itās a running and brake light he says oh and grabs a blub from the far end and says here you go and hands me a $8 set of blubs. Not once did he ask to see the light I was holding in my hand. I take the one he handed me and looked for verify Itās the correct one. He says rudely okay go ahead and check but Itās the right one and walks off. The connector on the bulb was not the push on and twist like the one I removed from my car. Checked the old light and It had the number 1157 so I located that one on the rack and verified that Itās the correct connection and dual filament blub. This one Is $5. I go up and checkout with someone else cause he was busy and go out and Install and test the light which works fine. 10 minutes late I call to talk to the manager to report my experience to them and offer some advice that being help Is good however just picking any Item and handing It to a person and telling them Itās the Item they need without even looking at the Item in question Is not helpful. The person who helped me answered the call and I asked for a manager and he stated that he was the manager. I tried to explain that I did appreciate the help but It the end It was not helpful and could have cause me to have to return. It was rude and didnāt care so I asked for the corporate number and he said If you want to get that you will have to look It up online.
