The storeowners of Rags to Riches wrongfully accused my girlfriend of stealing at the Lafayette Vintage Market. The male owner was extremely rude with her and snatched the “stolen” clothing out of her hands without notice when there was no solid proof on their side. It took a while for him to follow my girlfriend to the store where she actually bought her clothing. After her innocence was confirmed by the actual seller, no apology was issued. I came in with my girlfriend on a Friday and the store and inventory was great! For it being a Friday, the store wasn’t even packed and I even had some great talks with one of the owners about everything vintage clothing, sports, and more. This store provides anything vintage. For example, sports teams, destinations, movie and music graphics, Harley-Davidson, etc. The owners are awesome and the store is in a great location in Downtown Lafayette!
