Up until now I would have ranted and raved about this business about how well of a job they do with repairing my phone at a very reasonable price and in a timely manner, but as of late they have been lacking severely.

Got my screen repaired and there was a dead pixel on my screen, and the screen would flicker. The owner said it was due to my damaged housing and battery, but when I took it into another repair store they refuted this claim and I decided not to pursue it.

Today my phone screen would not light up, as if a connector had been loosened. It was not dropped, and I brought it in and they were gracious enough to stay 30 minutes past closing to make sure I had my phone for my work. 1 hour goes by, and now my speakers are malfunctioning. I’ll be bringing my business elsewhere from now on, considering every time I’ve gone in recently a new problem arises shortly thereafter.

10/10 would recommend the customer service as well as the service is absolutely stupendous. I came in for a phone screen repair and the lovely lady threw in a screen protector for no extra charge. As I was waiting for my phone screen to be repaired, I pick up a magazine, flip to the first page and as I’m flipping to the second my phone was done being repaired like some sort of magic trick. As I inspect the work, I’m memorized at how good I look on the front camera when I realize, that my phone was off and in reality I was looking at my own reflection of my brand new furnished and polished iPhone 11 Pro Max screen— needless to say I was amazed. Super affordable prices, no matter what services you need, he'll always give you the best prices around. Seriously, try to find someone else who will do it at an affordable price and as great of a job that they do. Super polite and pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable. I went in to pick up a package (they also offer UPS pick up) and I asked about why my charger wasn't fitting into my port properly, all the other ones I had fit, except for this one. He asked to examine my phone, turns out there was a lot of lint in there. I plugged in my charger and it AUDIBLY clicked. It didn't even take him long either. Very awesome!
