Okay so the GM of this sore by the name of “Camyra” was apparently at the Valley store helping the assistant manger out due to lack of help. This lady called me asking about a payment and before I could go into detail this woman cuts me off states “that isn’t going to work” and starts HOLLERING at me!! I have been waiting on a repair guy since Dec 21st 2021 and he stated he wasn’t going to come all the way to my area unless he had more jobs because the ride was too far. I had been communicating with the actual GM of the store and I’ve been waiting on new furniture since Feb of this year because mine is seriously just falling apart and the lady is going against what I was told and have proof of In text that I was going to get credit saying she wasn’t going to give me credit, that she needed at least a half of a payment today and I had been stated I wasn’t going to pay for anything that was falling apart. They have now breached the contract by not doing ANYTHING in a timely manner. They let a lady from another store that had no idea what was guaranteed to me or promise call me and hollering at me. She must not know the law because it’s harassment, verbal assault & and putting other employees in hostile work environment. The way she talked to me will not be tolerated. I am pregnant and will NOT BE TALKED TO ANY KIND OF WAY AND HOLLERED AT. I was never rude to this lady and I don’t know who made her angry but she needs to be fired and do anger management. This is NOT a business. It’s unprofessional, inexcusable & ON TOP of all of this I was then told by the Assistant Manager Adam in Valley “she didn’t mean any harm, she didn’t know, she’s just here helping today, please don’t let it upset you, you’re not supposed to make a payment until you get new equipment anyway” well I was asked to make 2 payments while awaiting since Dec of last year just to be rightfully treated and why was she calling me for a...

I've been leasing items with Aarons since 2006 and has never deal with anyone as rude, uncompassionate and will flat out lie and not take responsibility because the store dropped the ball. One person tells you one thing and another person tell you something else and nobody owns up to their mishaps. A claim was supposed to be filed and it was not completed so it put me behind in my payments and the only excuse Jay could give me was a lie because he couldn't fix the problem. I've had so many issues with this LaGrange location. ATP the sectional isn't worth it. The leasing price is extreme high and the sectional is already beginning to flatten out, doesn't even last long as if its refurbished furniture. He's constantly charging my card on file for the payment when a claim was supposed to have been filed last month it doesn't make sense. They're are not following procedures and are being low down atp. Read moreWe were buying a computer from them and the exact same computer we got at walmart for $400 where they wanted almost $1200 before interest, so we called them to come get the one that we were buying from them and they were suppose to come pick it up last Friday, then on Friday morning they called and said it would be the following Thursday before they could pick it up. Well today is the following Thursday that they were suppose to pick it up and after i sit around all day and wait on them for them to call and say it will be tomorrow, i am beyond mad right now, this is not away to do business.
