Great products,really really horrible service,tried to buy at cooler last night at 8:30 on,waited in the check out around 30 minutes,3 guys 1 working the register and 2 watching 7 people waiting to check out,but they wouldn't open another register,finally after waiti,g a long long time,the guy at the register tells me sir you can go the the other register way way on the other side of the store if you want and I said there's three of you,why don't you open other register instead of making your customers wait 30 minutes to check out and then I said never mind,i'll go to Academy where their coolers are probably cheaper and you don't have to wait 30 minutes to check out,will never shop here...

Great shoe selection. No service or assistance. I have walked into this store on two separate occasions to look at shoes and walked out without a pair because no one was available to help. Some shoes have multiple sizes available to select without assistance. Many (including the shoes I was looking at) must be in storage somewhere because the only option was the display shoe. I walked through the entire shoe department and there was no one available to assist. There didn’t appear to be anyone that worked there on that side of the entire store. The people here are not helpful and they just point you in a direction and expect you to find the product that you need . . . when the direction isn't clear. They don't tell you things like "go down this aisle until you see an item, and then they'll be near." They just say, "Oh, they are that way" and tell you to find the things. The prices are expensive compared to other places. They are not smart when it comes to online orders (they seriously made an order that said I could get it in one day end up being backordered instead of calling me to ask if I would accept a DIFFERENT COLOR and I had to take care of it all on my own by calling three...
