Have used this company many times, had excellent service and products... but this time, 1 of the 8 tuxedo rentals were missing, scanned arrived, and texted ready for pick up. But all we are told is we don't know.. and to try back another day. We'll we live 2 hrs from store one way.. no response of why we are texted ready for p/u, and it's not even there, no offer or explanations what to do. We have driven to store 3 times from Sunday to Fri...the WEDDING Is Saturday!!! The store offered us a 40.00 refund for our inconvenience!!! WHAT!!! That 40.00 is supposed to fix the fact that my Son doesn't get to be in wedding and mess with the brides special day..
Called corporate....but only live chat avb...offered a scarry option for our 3 hr drive to the event we can detour 45 min to another town and Mens wear house location and pick up another suit there and if this one fails to be there they can just fit him off the shelf..with no guarantee either plan will work or Match.. Had 3 tuxes rented for my sons for their cousin's wedding. got the tuxes home and 2 of the pants were not the right size. thankfully, two of my boys were able to switch pants and make them work. the suspenders for one kept coming undone. having 3 boys who have rented several tuxes over the years from other stores in LC and never having a return due on Sunday, it should have been pointed out to me that you ARE open on Sunday and that they were due back on SUNDAY instead of just assuming I would read that info on the rental ticket.
