Target — Local services in Lake Charles

Very disappointed! I drove an hour and a half just to get a Snow Barbie Set for my 12 year old sibling. Online it showed it was 50 dollars and it was on sale for 15 dollars at Lake Charles Target. I went into target to look for this doll set, and they did not have it on the shelf. They did have Skipper, so I grabbed her because it was the last one. I found a worker and asked her if it was in the back, she graciously went to grab the set with Barbie, Skipper, and Chelsea. She then told me they had not released the dolls onto the shelf which disappointed me. The worker told me I could purchase it for 40 dollars which was what the machine told her it was. I went to talk to the manager, who was highly rude, and not professional looking. I then told them that I didn’t want the set. They worker was the only one to apologize to me. I went to scan the Snow Skipper Doll on the scanner near the food, and it showed she was 5.89. I was very extatic that I would come out of the store with at least one doll for my sibling! I went to self-checkout and it showed she was 20 dollars. I clicked the help button and another cashier showed up to my rescue! I explained to her that I scanned it and it showed the Skipper doll was 5.89, I again encountered a very rude worker. She told me that she could not sale me this doll and proceeded to ask me when and where I scanned this doll at. I felt belittled, and I felt accused of being a liar. I am highly disappointed in the workers and staff of target at Lake Charles, Louisiana. I will not be shopping...

Frequent Target shopper, weekly. Highly disappointed with Target's inability to ship from store to store or store to home!

I traveled 50 minutes to and 50 minutes from the nearest store showing this item was in stock! I've located this item in a store in Philadelphia after contacting nearly 25-30 stores. College State, PA has has 3 in stock they have physically verified/ touched and placed on hold yet I cannot get it and I am told by representatives I can go to the store to pick it up. A store that is nearly 20 hours away.

I have family living in Philadelphia but this store is 5+ hours away from them. Even if it could be shipped to their home address or nearest store to them since is within state would be helpful, but again for some reason a store as large as Target is incapable of fulfilling this. I worked for GAP 10 years ago and we had this feature there! 10 years ago.

I'm am now highly evaluating my future purchases from Target. Everyone I have spoken with thought this was a feature Target had! Pay in Louisiana its shipped from Pennsylvania because that's where its available. Instead I'm being told, there's an item available and in stock but I can't get...

I love to shop here. Ladies dept is always nicely stocked and neat. Clearance has items, ladies friendly at changing rooms so if you need help, just ask. I always find something that fits with their Lg, Xg, 2X, they have 3X, 4X sizes as well for ladies who need the other sizes. If you are in between, take a peek in the maternity area...ok so they have cuter clothes, shoot me. I have a few. Some of the bras will fit if you are in between too. If you are losing weight, too, bra's don't fit right, so maternity bras will normally fit. lol Yes I wander over there :) So...Oh well, I can pretend like I'm buying it for my daughter...maybe? But they are cuter and prettier colors. But honestly when you are in between sizes, or maybe bigger in the mid section like me, you need a bit more room in hips so these clothes might fit the bill. Just a tip. Oh did I mention they are cuter? Better colors, maybe go a little longer over my hip area that i want to cover perhaps....not that I can hide anything. lol...am still losing weight hopefully in a year won't have to...but meanwhile am still resorting...
