Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in Lake Charles

Today, I was at a Victoria Secret store at Lake Charles, Prien Lake Mall and my experience there was horrible. I was frustrated and humiliated because of the manager, Adam. I asked for a dress on a manikin and Adam gave it to me with a rude attitude. I went to try it, and two more dresses on, one pink and one red. The one on the manikin black dress was the only one I liked and the last one on that color, so I went straight to the cashier. The dress was 50% off and I was returning a bra. At the time to pay, the guy at the cashier told me the dress wasn’t 50% off I said, “Yes it is.” He spoke into his microphone and at the end they gave me the 50% off. For the return, I needed my ID ,but I had left it in the car, I told him im coming back and went to go get my ID. By the time I got back ( two minutes) there was another person at the cashier. I was going to buy the dress when she told me it was not 50% off. She called the manager, the same guy who took off the dress from the manikin for me. He told me that dress wasn’t the dress on 50% off, it was a different dress. I said that there is only one of this dress .plus, this was the dress you gave me two minutes ago, I just left to go get my ID. He said again that was not the dress he took off of the manikin, it was a different one. I told him to check the camera to prove he gave me the dress, I went to the fitting room, and I went straight to the cashier. I asked for the manager and he said he’s the manager and he’s not going to check any cameras which proves he didn't even try. He said he didn't want to talk to me anymore, and called security. The woman came and she asked my politely to get out. She treated me well along the way and had empathy with me. When we were outside of the store, she told me she can’t do anything but I can put a complain on the website to the manager, Adam. I have been a costumer from Victoria Secret for over 10 years, and I’ve never had such a bad experience. I cry of such frustration how this person who made me feel like I was lying about the dress and told me that it wasn’t the dress. I don’t know how a person like this can be in the position of manager at this...

When traveling a couple weeks ago - I stopped here to find some travel size perfumes. I haven't been inside a VS in over 10 years mainly because I can't fit what they have but because most of their sprays smell like alcohol. They so happened to have a sale going on and I bought some lip gloss for me and my 5 year old daughter and some of the Bombshell Intense perfume. It reminded me of Queen Latifah's Queen perfume from some years ago. The young lady at the counter was nice enough to give me an extra bag so that my daughter could carry her own. Great...

My mom had the worst costumer service ever , she was treated by adam “the manager” like she was a lier , all she asked was for him to check the cameras and he denied it to her . We are a family of honest hard working people and he treated her like she was trying to get a discount that she made up , very disappointed. He called security to walk her out of the store like if she was some aggressive person or a thief. This is unacceptable...
