I bought two of these lamps on November 1st. First I want to say, every employee I have interacted with was amazingly friendly. I am also impressed with the quality of product they have. The lamps I bought are steel and glass. Comparative products are made completely of plastic; both base and shades.

The three star rating is for two reasons.

1. issues from a corporate level. I ordered the lamps online. There was NO option for home delivery. Only to store delivery with me going to the store for pickup. Because I could not have the product delivered to my house I had to wait 7-10 days before pickup vs 3 to 5 for home delivery
2. issues store level. When the lamps arrived in store no one called me. The lamps should have arrived no later than the 11th. I called them today, November 13th to see if they were in. They were and I left within five minutes of hanging up the phone with them. Once there they couldn't find both lamps. "Because there were a lot of customer packages on the back". Hint: call them and let them know their orders are in.

They were very kind to load both lamps boxes in my vehicle. I truly appreciated the effort.

Went in for my first time recently after hearing such great things about this place. Ive always seen the store, but didnt know exactly what it was. So after my trip to the dollar store (next door) I decided to stop in. They had a sign out front promoting 40% off, so of course they had me convinced that I NEEDED to go inside. Such a bad idea. That store is amazing. Reminds me of Pier One or Cost Plus, sooooo many cute pieces for home decor. I loved the Christmas items. I ended up with a few xmas tree ornaments and a super cute sign. Rude person no longer works there :) or at least I havent seen her for almost a year since my last review, so I wanted to update. Everyones super helpful and sweet, especially the girl with the straight blonde hair and glasses (i should know her name by now). Wish they would tell you to save your reciept though, because they do not have a receipt lookup system, so save your receipts if you're second guessing anything!
