Discount Mattress Lady — Local services in Lake Forest

Just want to give 5 stars to Karen and Suzanne for their over and above customer service! I came in one day after work and bought a bed on a super spontaneous purchase. My error for not trying out more than one bed. So the bed I bought I thought was memory foam but it ended up being too firm. I was so embarrassed 🙈 to ask to exchange it. But Karen the manager was so helpful and agreed to exchange but I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee. I said ok no problem. So I came in another day to see what I wanted to change it out to. I was literally in the store for over an hour. I was torn between 2 different beds. I would go from one to the other laying down trying to decide. So I finally decided I liked the pillow top it was more in my price range. When the mattress was delivered I slept on it, and It was too hard it was killing my back. Oh my god I couldn’t keep this bed. So as I called more embarrassed than ever. I said I should of bought the other one. They said ok 🙏 so I went in and paid the difference and restocking fee to get the more expensive one. So 3 times was the charm!!👍😀 I have dealt with this store in the past. They have always been so nice. I just want to express their customer service is outstanding always friendly and helpful. I will be sending anyone I know who needs a mattress...

I wandered in here after seeing some reviews on line. They sell Costco returns, which have been fully sanitized, as well as new mattresses. The salesman was open and honest about all the different brands. He didn't pressure me at all and didn't try to up sell...he just answered all of my questions honestly. I wound up buying a new mattress for our guest room, and it was delivered in under two hours. I called the store from home and let them know that I was going to need a new frame as well; he rang it up over the phone and they had one on the truck for me. The delivery guys were fantastic. They were very nice, and they spoke English which I appreciated. They were super careful on my new hardwood floors, and waited while I vacuumed after the old bed came out. Great...

An amazing place with friendly people and the best deals. My husband and I live in Whittier, but our past two mattresses were from Discount Mattress Lady and we never experiences any major issues with them (apart from some stains caused by our 1-year-old), so driving all the way to Lake Forest for another great mattress seemed worthy to us. When we got to the store we saw a bed that we liked and we got it right away as we couldn’t pass on that deal; the best deal we’ve gotten on any mattresses yet! We got our mattress today and we are so happy with it!
