Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Lake Forest

I’ve been coming to this location for about two years now because it’s about 10 minutes from my work and it’s convenient on my lunch breaks. But lately when I pick up my online orders, they’ve almost constantly been wrong. Today I ordered a bowl with guac & the bowl did not have any guac, and instead had cheese. I have a dairy allergy, so now I’m at work with another eight hours left of my shift and no lunch. It’s nice that chipotle will comp me a free meal, but I do wish the workers would pay more attention to detail when preparing online orders because now, yet again, I cannot eat a lunch. This location sucks! Total rice Nazis! I asked for extra rice and the little boy behind the counter gives me 2 half-filled scoops. I repeat myself and he proceeds to ad a laughable quarter spoon! I ask him if he's joking, he ads another quarter spoon. Mind you at this point he's given me a total of 1.5 spoons! I got annoyed and told him I can do this all day. At this point a nice young lady steps in, apologizes for the little boy and finishes my order.

We stopped in and had a fantastic lunch today. The service was above and beyond great, you can feel the passion from the 2 employees which served us, Brenda Ramirez and Jocelyne Flores...they truly love their jobs and Chipotle...it shows !! We were served fast. The food was fantastic, popping with flavor. The restaurant, bathrooms, windows and outside of the restaurant were very clean. I love the new music.
