Juice It Up! — Restaurant in Lake Forest

We discovered this place while walking around today Sunday around 5 pm here at the corner of El Toro Rd and Trabuco Rd.

Place looks clean, but does not feel very welcoming. The staff is not very friendly and kind of just ignores you as you walk in and stand in front of the register.

I understand that they are busy, but I little “Hi, be right with you” could go a long way.

We had to ask if they could take our order. They staff was not rude, just not very welcoming and attentive.

I agree with most reviews here, I have only had the raw juices and they are good. The staff is not friendly at all, I haven't gotten a single smile and I have visited the store once every week for the last 6 weeks now. I have some coupons and got to use them up! I got there at 7.30 pm and the store closes at 8 pm, but they refused to serve me raw juice and they told me they wouldn't serve raw juices after 7.15 pm. Then they should put that on the website! I checked the time the store closes and drove there 20 minutes to buy raw juice and...

I like this place BC they still make real juices but my one star is for the service. I hope the owner reads this . i don't understand your reasoning for when you stop serving your customers. When your hours are until 7 that means you serve until 7 and then you close and start cleaning. You can not say to your customers you can not make them anymore juice after 6:30 bc you want to clean your juicer!!!! That's ridiculous. Learn your customer service and hopefully you gain...
