Del Taco — Restaurant in Lake Forest

We have been going to this Del Taco for over four years now. I have had a few problems here and there, but the employees are great and are willing to fix whatever got messed up. I highly recommend!

UPDATE: We have been going here for a long time now consistently, and there is this one shorter Latino lady who is so persistent every time she gives us the order that it has everything there; she actually somewhat takes offense to it that I sit there and check. Last night, I felt pressured not to check it by the looks and attitude she was giving me, and I thought from her knowing I don't like my orders messed up that she would double-check mine. Nope. She didn't bother and forgot two menu items last night. We had a 45-dollar total for all of the items we got, and we were scammed out of two items totaling over 10 dollars. It has been about a year since I have been to this del taco and now I remember why I don't. Tried ordering food but the lady on the speaker didn't seem to understand me at all, nor could she speak English. First bag of food wasn't even close to what I ordered, second bag had items I ordered but wrong amounts and third bag had one burrito and 25 packets of sauce. When I got the receipt it was for a hamburger which wasn't even ordered and I was the only person in the drive thru. I used to love del taco in Aliso Viejo but the 2 on El Toro are HORRIBLE. WORST LOCATION PERIOD* FILTHY IN DIRE NEED OF AN UPDATE.

I stopped by Del Taco and tried their value menu, expecting a good deal. Unfortunately, I paid almost $3 for just two small pieces of chicken and a plain flour tortillasnd 50 cent for Chipotle sauce. That’s not value in my book. If you’re looking for better options, skip this location and head to the Del Taco close to the freeway on El Toro.
