Stay away! There is a reason they were empty at dinner time on Friday.
Sit down prices for take out quality dining experience. They served us in paper plates and styrofoam/plastic containers. Plastic forks and spoons. Seriously??!! For a sit down?! $57 before tip for 2 people (1 tea drink only).
Food was mediocre at best. Ordered Wanton soup, Pad Woon Sen, and an Eggplant dish. a) The Pad Woon Sen was the most tasteless Thai dish I've ever had. Very bland, no flavor. How is that even possible? b) The eggplant dish was supposed to be spicy (level 4). It was not at all. Zero spice! Instead, they included some hot/sour sauce on the side that my husband was supposed to mix with it to make it spicy. By the time it got to level 4, he had to add so much sauce that it made the dish very sour. That was gross. c) the wanton soup was tasty-ish but overcooked and Oh My God SALTY!!!!! There were noodle flakes all over the thing from being over cooked, the meat was dry and overcooked, and the soup was so salty, it was almost inedible! It felt like it had been cooking/sitting in the pot all day.
I asked for water with no ice, they brought a small styrofoam cup with warm water in it. Disgusting.
Service was really nice but the lady started cleaning while we were still eating. The strong smell of the floor cleaners did not go well with dinner at all. I know it was 10-15 mins before their closing time but that was not cool.
Bottom line: Overpriced for what it is - sit down prices for plastic/paper "dining," mediocre, tasteless food, way too salty, and the cleaning while we were eating was not a nice touch.
Go somewhere else. For this price, you can experience fine dining and better food at any of the other sit-down Thai restaurants in the area. We should have trusted our guts when we saw the place empty at dinner time on a Friday. It's empty for a...
Read moreIt was a distinct pleasure to finally experience this highly anticipated Thai establishment. The ambiance immediately transported me to Thailand, a feeling unequivocally reinforced by the exceptional cuisine. Each dish showcased an impressive authenticity of flavor. The Green Curry with chicken was a particular highlight, perfectly satisfying a long-held craving. Additionally, the shrimp fried rice was a masterclass in balance, offering a delightful texture and exquisite taste. Beyond the culinary delights, the staff's remarkable hospitality and the impeccable cleanliness of the premises further enhanced the overall experience. I eagerly anticipate a return visit to savor the green curry again and explore more of their...
Read moreThis place has great customer service and a wonderful seating area for dining in. I definitely enjoy their soups particularly when you are dining in and they bring it in the traditional soup dish. It's a great time. However, when I went to order take out this time during COVID, I found that they had increased their prices and decreased their sizes. The takeout container for soup is extremely small especially when you consider you are paying $9 for a small. While the food itself is of acceptable quality (it's nothing to write home about), I just couldn't get over how small the portion was for $9-10. It almost felt like daylight robbery. Definitely not going again until they improve their...
