Amazing service! I had some major issues with one of my pistols. A spent casing lodged itself in the barrel and the slide. I was pretty worried after not being able to open the slide one bit. I dropped it off and the guys at The Heavy Machine did their magic and were able to open it up after many attempts. I'm very happy that I decided to use this shop. EXCELLENT service. Adjacent shop had my grip module for 3 weeks for an adjustment, didn’t call, didn’t say anything to me. Grabbed my grip module and took it to heavy machine right next door and they did the work I needed right there immediately on the spot in front of me and priced me very fairly.
