As the theme of your replies it’s amazing how everyone else is the problem except you.

I’m not going to drive to SoCAL to talk to you or beg you in person to unblock me on instagram. I reached via DM to see if there was a way to come to a solution. I’m also not going to call you.

Your price paid from a distributor doesn’t automatically mean you don’t put prices on anything, you have a cost basis and what you decide to charge is on you. You however just like every other shop out there, charge based on TCG prices 100% as a small shop you could charge less but you choose not to. That’s fine it’s a free market. But blocking me is childish.

You aren’t running a positive page, if you block people for telling people the truth about your business practices.

You ran a whatnot shop for rip n ship ripping people off on pack prices then took that money and opened a shop.

You’re right, the TCG market place is currently flooded with people like you ripping consumers off based on collector pricing. Which is exactly why you should change your attitude if you want to keep the shop open. Selling slabs might get you there but eventually based on the negative reviews you’re collecting word will get out and you’ll lose customers.

It’s amazing to me someone fortunate enough to be in your position to open a store to bring the hobby to people choose to be so angry and childish. You can act like wha to said was negative but you and I both know it’s because you don’t want an educated base on your content knowing what things actually cost. And how you choose to open up shop everyday knowingly ripping people off.

I’ll be sure to spread the word on your kindness - I’m sure there’s an uneducated base out there to sell your overpriced scalper products to but I’m not it.

They blocked for telling someone on their instagram page the MSRP of a product they were trying to sell for $500 that cost $89. I’ve done business with them in the past, told people about their services like the grades card mystery packs, but to be blocked because of sharing the truth about their price gouging is unfortunate. Again this was a single reply to someone who asked, not a constant every post thing.

If they’re shady to block someone for sharing the truth about a product they’re trying to rip people off with and hiding under the “market value” while being able to order at their cost (whatever that is) and it’s definitely not close to what they’re charging people, then where else are they being shady? Are the mystery slabs really randomized? Are they authentic?

Unfortunate because I really like this place, but I guess that’s the behavior of a store owner who got their money from Whatnot by price gouging people on pack ripping.

This store is ran by two karens. Took my two boys and my one-and-a-half-year-old daughter to this store because my sons love Pokémon cards. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting.

While we were browsing, my toddler—who was gently walking around and not touching anything—had a small plastic toy in her hand that she accidentally dropped on the floor. In response, both store owners harshly scolded her in an unnecessarily aggressive tone. She is one and a half years old. I calmly asked them to speak to us respectfully, especially since we were paying customers, but their response was, “This is as nice as we’re going to be.” There was absolutely no kindness, professionalism, or understanding shown.

Things escalated when I attempted to take my daughter outside to calm her down after the incident. Despite the entire store being surrounded by glass (meaning they could clearly see us), both owners told me I couldn’t leave the store and insisted I stay inside. This was not only controlling but incredibly inappropriate.

The only reason I stayed at all was to avoid embarrassing my boys, who were excited to be there. Otherwise, I would have walked out immediately. I completely understand that store owners want to protect their merchandise, but there is a way to do that without being rude or intimidating—especially to a small child and her parent.
