UPDATE: I did call back the next day and speak to the owner / manager he told me he would give me a credit of I believe $17 for my next order . Tonight January 17th, I called and asked about my credit before I placed my order yes, apparently there is no credit showing in the system . I am very perturbed with this restaurant, first they don't get my order right oh, then they don't get my credit right . Not being very happy with this restaurant, I did not place an order . I will not Place another order with this restaurant on till I speak to the owner/manager. Not a happy customer at this point!!! I called yesterday and ordered my usual, King Arthur's Supreme, with light sauce and half pepperoni, which my husband picked up. Unfortunately, it was covered in pepperoni. I cannot eat pepperoni, due to its spiciness and the grease it leaves behind. It gives me heartburn! I was not able to call last night, so I called tonight. I asked to speak to a manager or owner, I was advised they did not have a manager and the owner would be in in the morning. I was very specific when I called in my order. Read moreI was not at all happy with my recent visit. As mentioned in my previous review, usually everything goes great, outstanding performance from Gabriel and his pops that works there. However the young lady that is the manager, Kaylee (it that's how it's spelled) is very rude and a power trip manager. A simple request to get 1/4 of the pizza with onion and tomatoes and charge us regular price is such an inconvenience to her. But that's not the reason, it's the way she came off that is not how managers act. I've managed anywhere from fast food to retail and it is all about customer service. If you can put half toppings on a pizza then you can put 1/4th without making it a power hungry issue (pun intended) As Gabriel was kindly able to take our order, since she did not want to apparently, she from a few feet away and in front of other customers had to yell "you better not do it, Gabriel" as if to not take our order and to possibly threaten his job? As soon as that was said, we left. We only left out of respect for Gabriel and his pops. I've been a customer for about 6 years, I have heard that the ownership changed but can't say I will come back here or order...

When I called NO MANAGER TO SPEAK TO INSTEAD A WOMAN TAKES MY COMPLAINT TO SAY OH IT WAS RAW MEANING THE DOUGH AND PORCEEDS TO TELL ME TO MAKE SURE I GIVE BACK THIS PIZZA AND BASICALLY WILL REMAKE WHEN SHE HAS TIME. ON MY LUNCH BREAK ARE YOU SERIOUS WITH ME. And then when I call and ask for my money back because it's over my lunch break I'm told that I'll get my money when they pick up the pizza I asked to speak to manager was first lied to and told wasn't there and then when I ask for my money back oh wow he's now available I want my money back you should have been serving undercooked pizza and for you to tell me that you're the one that cooked it you're only as strong as your weakest employee and the weakest employee is Ray the manager. And if I am not 100% happy with my pizza I shouldn't had any comment from the manager who supposedly is the one who made it maybe take the criticism and understand that the pizza is gross and undercooked and didn't get a plate. I asked for it. And a small pizza and salad delivered 35.00...
